The city releases these non biting bugs in spring to control the mosquitoes, but by the end of summer there are billions of them in the area.

Best place in town for families or a group of up to 6 friends and coworkers. The house is new and completely remodeled inside. Enjoy the spacious and inviting floorplan that provides something for every member of the family or group. The only truly comparable spaces are in Running Y, which is 20-30 minutes out of town, but this is in the quiet suburbs while still being close to everything. You'll pay reasonable rates for a modern, stylish space designed for families and small groups!

Private Basement Studio Hideaway

Basement studio is located near the hospital, Oregon Tech college campus, downtown and several restaurants. Build completed in January of 2022 by owners. There is a TV and strong Wi-Fi is available. You may hear footsteps from overhead walking as original hardwood is a bit creaky in spots. You get a jug of pre-filtered electrolyzed reduced hydrogen water in the fridge as well as pre-filtered water right from the kitchen tap and a pre-filter on the shower. Have questions? Ask me.

Clean, Peaceful and Quiet. Wonderful place for a vacation. Centrally located, away from old downtown chaos. Great access for those traveling. Easy walk to grocery store and eateries. With the need for super cleaning, the cleaning fee for each stay has been increased and available dates reduced. If you need a longer stay, let us know.
