You will stay on the ground floor of my villa, a 3-minute walk from the sea, consisting of two separate apartments. *You will not share all outdoor spaces with other guests*. The apartment has a large outdoor space with a dining table, sofas and deckchairs, and private parking. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.
