Separated from the main house by a courtyard, the apartment is in a converted barn on 3 levels. On the middle level, there is a bathroom and kitchenette and a queen-size box-spring bed. A steep staircase leads to a loft with a double bed. The entrance area (lower level) is located with a glass front facing the courtyard. The bathroom, kitchen and gallery have windows to the garden. 6 minutes' walk to the S-Bahn subway station to Frankfurt (about 30 minutes to the city), good connection to the A3. Currently 2G!

Only 5 km from Aschaffenburg on the foothills of the Spessart I offer a modern and sunny 2.5 room apartment with own entrance. It has morning sun on the roof terrace with a distant view and a balcony. 1.60 m bed, bathtub, TV, WiFi and kitchenette. Two friendly cats live here too. 15 minutes to the A3 and A45, but right in nature to relax. Our little dreamer has a style all its own with a beach house feeling. The new small Tiny :-) studio is lovingly furnished with a small kitchenette (microwave, double hotplate), double bed 1.60 x 2.00 m, bathroom with shower and toilet and a small terrace with seating. Right next to nature, ideal for hikes, bike rides and city tours to Frankfurt and Würzburg. The accommodation is located close to Aschaffenburg in the Rhine-Main region and on the edge of the Spessart and Kahlgrund.

In front of the entrance door, a small seating area invites you to linger. A washer/dryer is available for washing/drying laundry. Hand/kitchen towels and bed linens are available for use. A parking space is easy to find in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. The storage of bicycles is possible after consultation.
