Our holiday flat is aimed at guests who like a certain level of comfort and appreciate the hospitality of private hosts. The 2-room flat is quietly located right next to the botanical garden. It is furnished to a high standard, with its own special charm, with real wood parquet flooring, electric shutters, modern kitchen and bathroom. All rooms have wide doors, the shower is freely accessible. The living and dining areas are surrounded by spacious terraces with views of the large garden.

Just 900 m from Aschaffenburg Train Station, 500 m downtown and 250 m from Main. The apartment has one bedroom, a living room with sofa bed and a kitchen-living room. Bathroom and toilet are separate rooms. Equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. TV with cable connection. The music system can be controlled via Bluetooth. The windows are obscured.

The fully equipped, modern apartment (95 m²) with separate entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. In the spacious and bright apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed. The quiet location invites you to take walks and excursions to the nearby vineyards and the surrounding area. The center of Groß-Umstadt with its historic market square is 4 km away, Darmstadt 24 km and Aschaffenburg 26 km. The train station (700 m) offers connection to the public transport network.

Elegant 2-room apartment near Frankfurt

Your accommodation is a separate part of our house and is located in a beautiful former American officer's quarter. You have on 35qm a living room with a large comfortable(!) sofa bed, a refrigerator, a bedroom with a double bed (queen size only!!!) and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. In the entrance area there is a tea kitchen, dishes, cutlery and glasses but NO KITCHEN! You have a terrace behind the house and a parking space directly in front of the door.

The house is over 500 years old, was completely newly renovated in 1994 sustainably and with style-appropriate materials yet also modern. It is a closed courtyard surrounded by old stone walls and lots of plants, great for children and animals. Living in the middle of the Aschaffenburg pedestrian zone, which allows you to use our boarding apartments (60-70 m²) in the SCHÖNTALHAUS in Aschaffenburg. Rooms have a separate bedroom with box spring bed, the high quality sofa bed allows you to stay up to 4 people. The high-quality kitchen, designer furniture, the modern bathroom, a washer-dryer in the apartment and free Wi-Fi complete this special unit.

Residence in historic villa

Nice generous and tastefully furnished Appartment in listed villa. The whole upper floor with separate entrance offers place for 2-8 people. 3 bedrooms with double beds. An additional sleeping couch, one double bed and one additional single bed in the large living room. Unfortunately, due to the sharp rise in energy prices, I have to charge an additional fee, which is noted under the "Cleaning" item.

The apartment is conveniently and quietly located in the Main-Kinzig district. Langenselbold train station is about 5 km away with connections to Frankfurt and Fulda. Frankfurt can be reached in about 20-30 minutes by highway or train. Right nearby there is nature, idyllic fields and Spessart hiking trails for walks or bike rides.
