The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. This studio was created on the ground floor of our house. You have a separate entrance to the garden and its oleanders and a parking space in the driveway. The studio is fully equipped with a real kitchen, desk and Wi-Fi. Ideally located 500 meters from the pier for the Gulf of Morbihan islands, on the right bank (25-minute walk to the port in the city center). From Vannes and our neighborhood in particular, you are ideally located to visit Morbihan.

The Perdue hideout, 300 meters from the beach, the port, this atypical small T1 bis, benefits from the essentials to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *For a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bikes at no extra charge. They're on loan for free. ⚠️ accommodation not recommended for people over 60 years of age and infants.

The location is unique and our apartment is very nice, warm and bright with its 5 large French windows, quiet and at the same time ideally located in the heart of the intramural area to discover the medieval city and the Gulf of Morbihan.

Flat, town centre 2/4 people, 5kms from the sea

We are located in the town centre and very close to the main square, and also 10 mn drive from the sea. The flat is on the first floor, stairs access. Regarding the beds, we have one double one upstaires and a sofa (1,5person). We highlight we don't accept animals. No fees for the cleaning so you are supposed to clen beafore leaving .
