Laëtitia is a friendly and accommodating hostess. The apartment is as advertised. Tastefully decorated, it is very pleasant and functional. A stone's throw from the beach, close to amenities, shops and restaurants. My professional stay was well enhanced thanks to Laëtitia and her accommodation!

The accommodation is very well renovated, decorated with great taste and offers all the necessary comfort. The view of the port is magnificent, a real plus to fully enjoy the stay. The garage is also very nice. Only small downside: the apartment is located just above a bar, which can cause noise nuisance in the evening, especially on weekends. This can be a nuisance for people seeking peace and quiet.

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Small functional apartment very well located facing the bay, very good bedding and very well equipped kitchen. Jeanine is very responsive and provides you with perfect information. A very good plan for a getaway on the island of a few days or more to enjoy the calm before the summer tourist rush.

We had a great weekend at Jessica and Jean-Baptiste's. The accommodation is very good and very clean. The residence is very quiet and in a good location. Communication was done by message but our exchanges were very friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

We had a great stay in Larmor-Baden. The house is spacious in a very quiet and relaxing environment, not a sound, with a very soothing sea view. The shaded terrace is spacious and well-equipped, we are close to the village of Larmor-Baden.

Excellent short stay at Daniel's, his little house is comfortable and pleasant for those who want to be in a quiet place while not being very far from the entertainment. Mandatory means of locomotion whether it is a car or a bicycle (preferably electric, it goes uphill😉). The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay

We had a great weekend at Sophie's. The house matches the descriptions and there is everything you need. The garden is very pleasant with direct access to the GR, and the view is incredible. We would recommend this listing.

Exceptional location and views, facing the ocean , the view from the bed will remain memorable! The house is well-equipped and well furnished, the heated pool is a plus even if it is small. The price is high but the equipment of the house and the view can justify this price, only note for this price sheets and towels could be included and not extra. The studio on the other hand in the extension of the garage smells of humidity, a vmc would be very useful!!
