There is a generous living room with private seating area and an open modern kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and one upstairs. There is a double Auping and three single beds. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. The house has hot air heating, washing machine and cot. It is of course located on its own property (800m2) adjacent to forest, meadow and dune.

De bungalow staat op bungalowpark Roosdunen in Ballum op Ameland. Through a public road, you can walk or cycle to the Ballum village. In the village there is a grocery store, some restaurants, bike rentals and Nobel's well-known liquor store! The open-air bath is 200 meters away, access cards are in the bungalow during the summer season. The bungalow is on the outskirts of the park and you can walk into the forest. The beach is about 2 km walk. Adjacent to the garden is a forest party.

The open kitchen has an oven, gas stove, refrigerator and more than enough crockery. There are also 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, sink and toilet. All this on 1,000m2 of private property

Lilla Edet is coming home to an oasis of peace. The pheasants and rabbits hop through the spacious front and backyard. In the back, you can sit covered dining until late at night or move to the lounge, and in front of the house you can enjoy the sun all day long. The fireplace provides warmth and coziness on the colder days. Centrally located for a day at the beach or walking to the village.

The small cottage sleeps 4 people. From the room you have a beautiful view over forest and dune, the beach is only 1 ½ km away. The cottage has a cozy living room with sitting area, dining area and TV. The kitchen is full of comforts: fully equipped with gas stove, oven, fridge and coffeemaker. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds, and wardrobe.
