My sisters and I came here to stay for the weekend to visit some family that lives in Jacksonville. The house was so fun! We love the pool and the hot tub! The backyard was amazing and the house was so nice and fun!

This home is a peaceful and scenic retreat, perfect for relaxation and reconnecting with nature. With stunning marsh views and plenty of space, my family felt completely at home. Though it’s about a 25-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine and the beaches, the tranquil surroundings make it well worth the trip—especially for those who love fishing, boating, or outdoor adventures. From paddleboarding and swinging on the swing to gathering around the fire pit and playing tag in the beautiful Florida weather, this place truly feels magical. Patricia is a wonderful host—always responsive and ensuring a comfortable stay. The cozy beds and well-equipped space exceeded our expectations, making it hard to say goodbye. We created unforgettable family memories here and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Patricia, for making our family reunion truly special!

We had a Wonderful Family vacation with our dogs here! The House was very clean, very close to the beach! The Kitchen very well stocked! Very Private and clean beach. Can't wait to return next year! Owner was also very responsive and helpful. Great great experience! Highly recommend for families and pets!

This house was a perfect place for our stay. The location was just off the main path which made getting to restaurants and grocery stores easily. The house was extremely clean and cozy. I will definitely stay here next time I am in town.

We had a great stay here and will definitely be returning soon! The beach area was not crowded at all and the sand is nice and soft and great for kids. Plenty of restaurants close by and house has everything you need!

So relaxing In such a beautiful setting. Loved relaxing in the sun by the pool. Able to get fresh eggs every morning from the hens on the property who were always excited to see us. Wouldn’t hesitate to visit again and stay at the property.

Home was very clean and accessible. We came with a trailer attached to our vehicle and had plenty of space in driveway to accommodate both. Beds were comfy and shower temp was nice and hot. Nice place for our stop over in Jax.

5 Stars – A Much-Needed Getaway with Comfort and Convenience My family and I planned to be in Jacksonville for medical appointments at the Mayo Clinic and decided to turn the trip into a bit of a getaway. We’re so glad we chose this Airbnb—it was the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and relaxation. The house was well-appointed and had everything we needed for our stay. (Though note to self: next time, I’ll remember to bring my 13x9 pan for baking brownies!) The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated how clean and inviting the space was. The pool was a huge plus—clean and well-maintained, with plenty of chairs for lounging and soaking up the Florida sun. The location was excellent—quiet yet convenient to everything we needed, including the Mayo Clinic. The hosts provided some great restaurant suggestions. We tried Jax Beach Brunch Haus and found it to be delightful-- great lattes, delicious pancakes. We would definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for our week vacation! Very short walk to the beach and very short drive to downtown! Everything was super clean and the beds were amazingly comfortable 😊 will definitely be coming back to stay here again 🏖️💙

Great place. used to visit here several decades ago and went back with family this time. condo was nice, clean, and air conditioning was great. Nice location to all amenities nearby. obviously if you need to be looking at the ocean at your window this isn't the place but otherwise it was fantastic. we were missing some initial kitchen equipment but management got that to us within 24 hours. couldn't have asked for better service. thank you!

The place was bigger than I expected, it was clean, comfortable, we loved it. Only thing I would like to point out to other guests is that the 2 rooms the walls don't go all the way up to the ceiling so you can hear everything from one room to the other/kitchen and living room into the rooms. Even the ticking of the clock in the kitchen you can hear inside the bedroom. It didn't bother us too much but we were with 2 kids and 2 other adults and the mornings were a little rough since some woke up earlier than others same for falling asleep with everyone going to bed at different times. Other than that this place was awesome and the neighborhood was quiet. Beautiful property and beautiful pool! Would definitely stay again!

What an amazing location and condo….even better than the photos! So clean and beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were soft. We slept so well! Roxanne was an incredible host and her place was just as described. Less than a 5 min walk to the beach. Our two dogs loved staying at her home, too, and we were so glad they could enjoy the beach with us. Roxanne was quick to communicate and recommend food in the area as well as tips on what to order where (she was spot on). We will absolutely come back!

This is such a lovely Airbnb and location. Our family of four really enjoyed being at the comfortable, attractive, well-equipped property. The environment is lovely, and we enjoyed having just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The availability of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels was a much appreciated bonus. Walks along the path surrounded by the twisty, curly trees was especially enjoyable. We requested assistance with a couple of small details, and communication was easy, solutions were quick. This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment, and we hope to continue with annual visits. This is a very special Airbnb.

I highly suggest this cute condo! My family and I came into the area with another Airbnb booked, when it was cancelled at the last minute we scrambled and found Kathleen who was amazingly responsive and got us locked into this condo right away! She literally saved the day! When we got to the condo it easily accommodated my family of 5 and was perfect for the 3 days we spent doing touristy things. The most exciting part of this trip was the walking distance to the beach. Since it is winter we didn't need all the extra gear and just took ourselves and towels that were provided for our days on the beach! It was also a life saver that there was coffee provided. I will say though if you get the opportunity to get 7brew that is right down the street, do it. Sliders chicken sandwich was perfect and then we had salt life the final night which was a perfect way to end the trip. The only con which isn't really because it forced us to be a family, the internet did not work and we had no service.

The place was clean and exactly as described! We had a comfortable stay and the location allowed easy travel to all of the locations in Amelia Island we planned to visit - we did it all! Beach, to shops to restaurants - the location was great.

Sandy was very helpful and responsive! The home is absolutely beautiful and in a wonderful, quiet dead end. Very peaceful and great yard, perfect for family time. Very clean on the inside and spacious. We plan to return any time we visit the island! Thank you Sandy and James!

My husband and I stayed with Chris for 4 nights and felt very welcomed and comfortable in his home. He was very helpful and responded quickly to a few questions we initially had. He was also gracious to accommodate our RV and trailer on his property. The street/neighborhood is very private and peaceful, yet close to the beaches and downtown. The house is even better than the photos show and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with all cookware/dishes and the linens/towels in the bedrooms were plentiful and luxurious. We will definately stay again when returning to the area.

It was all it said it was very roomy, comfortable, clean and had all the amenities that you could ask for. Would recommend staying here.

We stay a week at this darling condo and highly recommend it! We had an instant feeling of home the moment we walked inside. And the best part - just step outside the back door and you’re on the beach! Clean, comfortable and we loved the location. Easy access to downtown and restaurants. Comfy couch for relaxing, well stocked kitchen for cooking breakfast and the king bed was a dream! Ashley was responsive and helpful. The location can’t be beat and we’ll stay again! Thank you!

The house was very clean and comfortable, with 3 bedrooms (2 with bathrooms) and a separate full bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, silverware and dishes. The kitchen and family room area was very open and inviting, with a table and chairs, comfortable for a family meal. The backyard is fenced in and convenient for a dog to run around and do her business. There were working TVs in the bedrooms and family room, and the bar-b-q grill worked well. We would definitely recommend this rental during your stay on Amelia Island.

This house was incredible and everything was just as described. However, the pics do not do it justice. It is a very spacious house that met all our needs. Wonderful kitchen with everything we needed and more. Fabulous screened in back porch and a huge fenced in backyard. It took less than five minutes to drive to the beach. So thankful we found this ideal Amelia Island rental house!
