Holiday rentals with a patio in Anchor Point

This place was a great place to stay! Right across from salty dogs and near lots of shops! I don’t know if it was mentioned but you have to park down the road to avoid your car being towed. Also, it may be a good idea to mention footage of the apartment. We thought we could lay down a small blow up mattress as well and there wasn’t room. Small place but perfect for a couple.

Staying at Old and Bold was fantastic! June and her husband Felix were wonderful hosts and are now my new friends. The home was immaculate and the view spectacular. It felt like staying with family. June and her three dogs were wonderful! My dog Maddie loved playing with them and June checked on her when I was away. The only thing I would say, is that the listing made it look like I was renting the whole home, but it was only the bottom floor. It ended up being better that way and my stay was incredible. I will be back!

Simple to check in very beautiful location in town yet very peaceful. The unit was very nice and modern with all the amenities needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone Nina was responsive and clear to understand A++

The location was absolutely PERFECT for our stay! We could walk to most things and also had a beautiful view from the window and porch. The decor and overall setup of the space was perfect and so well decorated!! Marya also went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable, purchasing a washing basin before we got there for my hand wash items. She really did not need to do that but it was such a kind touch, along with the snacks, umbrellas, and recommendations she provided. I would stay here a million times more if I could!! Thank you again, Marya - you truly are a gifted host!

Nicole's home had charming character combined with great amenities. The million dollar view was the icing on top! The sleeping arrangements are flexible for a group of friends or family of children. The stairs are covered and sturdy and easy to move luggage up and down. There are lots of parking spaces. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The quantity of cookware and serving ware provided is greater than average for a BnB kitchen and the fridge is a good size. The microwave is high power so be aware if you are not used to that with your home appliance. I would love to stay again!

Nice little place to stay. Very clean, and easy to get inside with instructions. All rooms had great views. We took the short little walk to eat and shop.

There is no better place to stay in Homer than on the boardwalk. Ocean sights & sound, with only steps to the beach. Great coffee shop below and steps to other places to eat. Great location!

Connie Place was ideal for our short trip to Homer. We had good weather and took advantage of the deck with the chair which looks out on the back yards.

Great place with a beautiful view. It was well stocked with all of the essentials and bedding we could need! The only thing I would note is the bluff is quite a bit closer than it looked in the photos, so I would not recommend this Airbnb if you have young children. Definitely not a negative thing as you cannot beat the beautiful location and view but something to consider if you have littles.

This home is new, welcoming, comfortable, spacious and very well appointed. The views from the porch of Kachemak Bay and the mountain range are simply magnificent and would never get old. We had a rental vehicle, and the location was convenient to all things in Homer. Speaking of Homer, what a charming, delightful little town. We would choose your lovely home every time over a hotel. James was communicative & helpful from booking to checking out. The property is in a lovely elevated position, with other houses nearby, but not too close. With the elevation comes great views. The property appears a fairly recent build and presents beautifully as you approach. Entering the property is straightforward with the coded lock & as soon as you step inside it is obvious that the fit and finish is to a high standard. There are also some cool decorative pieces. Quality appliances are throughout the house. There is a good amount of store cupboard essentials and the Keurig machine is the best I’ve ever seen in an Airbnb!! The quality continues into the bathroom, with lovely towels and toiletries. In summary this place is FANTASTIC. I would definitely return and will willingly recommend to anyone visiting Homer.

The views from this home were breathtakingly beautiful. We’ve stayed at a lot of different airbnbs, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. We loved sitting outside and soaking it all in! And we saw several moose walk through the yard which was a great added bonus. It was clean and comfortable…. a great place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cori was a great host. I really hope we can come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous home! The pictures definitely do not do it justice. The home is very well appointed, spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hosts were organized, easy to communicate with, and accommodating. We will be back for sure!

Scott and Hesters place was a perfect spring board to explore all of Homer’s attractions but far enough away to appreciate its beauty in peace in the morning and late afternoon. It is a shared space with other possible guests staying above you. I would encourage reaching out to the host to make sure who may be your neighbor in case you have a young family that tends to be on the louder side and are looking to respect other guests. Otherwise, it was a lovely place to stay at for our Homer vacation and would happily book again should the opportunity arise!

Seaside Hideaway was a nice, convenient place to stay in Homer. We loved the spiral staircase to the upstairs bedrooms & bathroom, but I could imagine it would be a problem for older folks. It is very unique & pretty! The home was clean & stocked appropriately. Daniel was a good host. He was informative & kept contact with me. The only thing missing was a tv which we knew would not be available ahead of time. I thought we wouldn't miss it with us being in such a wonderful home in such an amazing town, but we did just a little. However, it is not enough to deter us from the property. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Daniel! :)
