Holiday rentals with a patio in Kenai Peninsula Borough

We were very happy with our stay. Everything was clean and the home met all our needs. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to get a much needed rest after a long flight and evening of sight seeing. Jae was very prompt answering our questions. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We enjoyed staying at Jacob’s. It was really cool walking onto the back porch and watching two young moose and their mom having an early morning walk.

Vicki was so helpful from the beginning I needed to change the booking date and she totally accommodated me. The apartment is so beautiful and seemed brand new. High end kitchen and furniture. We needed salt and a blender and she brought it right away. Vicki and her husband made us feel at home. We would return and totally recommend the Blue Heron

Nice little place to stay. Very clean, and easy to get inside with instructions. All rooms had great views. We took the short little walk to eat and shop.

Wonderful place to stay for a few days

Very comfortable. There was a big construction work going on all around the place, but it didn't much disturb us. It's incredible that the airport close to the place doesn't disturb at all.

We really enjoyed visiting Anchorage and Joey’s house was perfect for our family! The home was clean and we felt very comfortable there. The house was an easy drive to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

The views from this home were breathtakingly beautiful. We’ve stayed at a lot of different airbnbs, but this one was definitely one of my favorites. We loved sitting outside and soaking it all in! And we saw several moose walk through the yard which was a great added bonus. It was clean and comfortable…. a great place to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Cori was a great host. I really hope we can come back!

Absolutely loved this house. It was perfect for our small group to separate for a few days from a bigger group of 11. 4 of us enjoyed the views, the peace, laundry & hot tub. Separate rooms with great beds. We loved it. Hope to come back one day in the future! Thanks so much for making our stay in Homer so special.

This was the perfect base camp for our family of 6. We spent a week here, and it was easily one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The host thought of everything—from cleaning supplies to cozy bedding, new appliances and fast internet. The location is ideal: just a few miles from town, tucked away at the end of a peaceful dirt road. We saw moose every day coming and going from the house. There are great walking trails nearby, and it’s a great spot for any fishing family or anyone looking to enjoy the Kenai Peninsula. We’d absolutely stay here again. A prior review said they didn’t have a grill. They had a nice grill and outside lounge area with chairs.

Stacey was incredibly helpful and kind. I’m a regular visitor to Homer, and her view is unparalleled. Very well thought out and comfortable space. Easy access to everything. Already planning my return.❤️

Perfect. Clean, with a hundred thoughtful details. Comfortable beds (which you know are very hard to find!) The area felt safe. The host was responsive and very helpful. We woke up to two moose outside our back window and it was magical! Plenty of space for parking, which I appreciated. A few thoughts: Google maps took us to a weird area behind the house! Once you get on their street, stay on their street. Ignore the map and keep driving until you see the address. It is very quiet there. I would add more noise making fans for the comfort of guests sleep. One upstairs didn't work, and the downstairs one is very quiet. But this stay is spectacular and we highly recommend! Finally, everything was clean and these are very thoughtful hosts.

Excellent place for a stay in Anchorage. Cozy and quiet location. The house is very clean with complete amenities. Anya is very responsive to any questions you may have and she provides a very quick solution. Will definitely recommend for a stay in Anchorage.

Ben's cabin looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures and has a nice cozy cabin feel to it. The traditional Alaskan decorations are super cool and I knew right when I arrived that I was going to enjoy staying there. Check in was real easy. Ben was communicative and gave his number in case I needed anything during my stay. The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood and was within a short drive of pretty much anywhere you want to go in Anchorage. When work takes me back to Alaska I'll most definitely be looking Ben up again. I definitely reccomend staying here if you're looking for a place in Anchorage - I promise you'll like it! Thanks for a great stay Ben!

Rowena was very warm, flexible and responsive I requested an earlier check in and delayed check out because of my training schedule and she happily accommodated. This apartment felt like home. I am very particular about cleanliness and this home was impeccably clean. It was well stocked, and warmly decorated. It had a large, walkthrough master bedroom closet, and the master bed was luxuriously soft, while also supportive. The view of the mountains was a therapeutic start to my mornings and lovely to eat dinner and study with in the background. The garage was large enough to fit a large SUV. I loved this stay, and would return in the future!

Shane’s place is amazing! Great bed, cool fireplace! The location is quiet and it’s walkable to nearby establishments.

Julie's condo is super clean, decorated very nicely, and super cozy. I will definitely plan to stay again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Wallace’s place! The condo was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, walking distance to the slopes and restaurants.
