Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

Casa francese became our home for a soft Italian week. We went with little expectation and no research on montegrazie or imperia and found ourself in a very welcoming corner of Italy filled with sun and love. The appartment was comfortable and felt homey very soon. It is artistic, minimal, spacey and beautiful. We had an amazing view to the church in the front hill from our room that I will never forget.

The apartment is very comfortable and equipped with everything you may need to feel like home. It has a very good and easily adjustable heating. The location is really great: the cottage is located in an peaceful villa area, far from any noise and traffic. At the same time, it is just a short drive to all commodities, like restaurants and shops. Paolo, Alfredo, and Monica were very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for this great stay!

We had a very nice time in the accommodation. The cottage is quietly located in the olive slopes in the garden of another house. Both hikes and bike tours can be started directly on site. The beautiful old town of Cervo is about 5 minutes' walk away, and the sea is 10-15 minutes' walk away. The amenities are nothing special, but everything you need is there. From the seat where the pool is also located, you can still enjoy the view of the sea in the evening.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

The stay was magical. Andreas Haus is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace and quiet on vacation, Andrea's house is the right place for you. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very inviting. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. There are many beautiful places along the coastal road to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, the fireflies even compete with the stars. I can only recommend this enchanting home to everyone. The stay was very impressive for us, especially because of the absolute tranquility. Everything was available in the house,it is a very special place and you have to like the solitude. You can take smaller walks in the village,we have encountered many birds and special wild plants. In the house I would have liked an empty closet, for the 6 nights we had to leave things in the bags,as we had no way to unpack things in the lower area. This place is not suitable for people with government restrictions.

Great stay in the mountains of Coaraze, a breath away from Nice and close to numerous hiking trails around the Mercantour area. The accomodation itself however invites you to stay, not leave for anything but just relax, enjoying the views and feeling at home. The house has that homey feeling you want with all the equipment you need. Spacious, beautifully crafted and secluded, this spot gives you instant relaxation upon arrival. The deck is perfect for sunbathing and bird spotting and the bedrooms are light and relaxed with adjourning bathrooms on both rooms. All in all a perfect get away home that helps you relax, unwind and get in touch with nature!

Weekend early November. The apartment was clean and tidy, corresponding to the description, very close to the sea, shops, bars and restaurants. So I recommend it to those who want to experience the sea and enjoy the liveliness of Alassio. Surely when I have the opportunity I will try to use this apartment again.

We had a really nice time at Roberta and John's house. Nothing but happiness. The stay is always too short.

The accommodation of Andrea is very convenient: excellent services in the area (supermarket, fishmonger, grocery store and bakery a few meters away), the beach is very close as well as the Alassio gut. The apartment is well cared for, comfortable and very clean, the rooms are equipped with air conditioning. There is also a livable balcony.

A beatiful apartment to stay in Alassio. Direct view on the beach and sea. We enjoyed it a lot and will come back!

Host Rosanna was immediately attentive and thoughtful, the place was as described, and we were comfortable. Not very close to the sea but the area is quiet.

Excellent experience, Stefano is super friendly and always available, the house is impeccable, it matches the photos, it has a breathtaking view, everything is very clean, it has everything nearby. If I had to go back to Cervo, I'd go back to Stefano.

I spent a weekend with my girlfriend and Paola and Sergio were welcoming from the start, in case of doubts or questions they always responded thoroughly and promptly. The house perfectly reflects the feelings that the photos evoke when looking at them. Really superb.

Great place to relax. Rebecca was very communicative, and her cookies were SO DELICIOUS! A very nice treat after many hours of travel. Apartment is clean and has all of the essentials and then some. Would stay here again.

Luxurious apartment with incredibly beautiful sea view. The apartment included everything we needed for a perfect holiday; beach very close as well as grocery stores and a good boulangerie. There is a quite busy street near the apartment but that didn't bother us and we slept very well. Would love to return to this beautiful place.

The cottage is clean, cozy and available with everything you need, located in a good location. The hosts were responsive and helpful. If I had to go back to Imperia, I would gladly choose this accommodation again.

What can I say about this accommodation? Only positive things! It is only 5 minutes from the sea and, to reach the beaches (both free and paid) you pass in front of shops of all possible types. The accommodation is spacious, clean, sunny, and equipped with all comforts (there is even a library!) and has a beautiful view; moreover, being on the fifth floor, it is also very ventilated. No parking problems and, finally, Nadia and Marcello are very kind and helpful. Highly recommended and, if we can, we'll be back!
