very well located apartment, easy to access. Impeccable apartment. Reachable and responsive host. We are delighted with our stay.

The stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit narrow, otherwise the place was nicely renovated. You can hear the tram from the street, but did not bother us further. The hosts also offered us a locked parking space for our bikes, which we found very nice. Price/performance was therefore great!

Killian was able to respond quickly to my requests before booking and gave very clear instructions for access to the apartment. Impeccable and well-equipped accommodation in a secure and very quiet residence, close to public transport (bus, tram) to take you in a few minutes to downtown Angers. I would recommend it

Very welcoming and responsive hostess. Catherine is always attentive and always present if needed. Regarding the accommodation, it is not only perfectly in line with the photos but also and above all very well located less than a minute from the tram, 15 minutes' walk from the Cathedral and the Castle, 5 minutes from the train station less than a minute from a convenience store. The value for money is more than appropriate and there is everything you need (utensils, etc.). I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation. And I sincerely thank Catherine for the stay and wish everyone to enjoy it too.

I spent one month in the apartment, working remotely as a change from Ireland which was still very much in COVID lockdown. I could not have been luckier with the apartment, the beautiful building and garden, the town of Saumur and with Christiane as my landlady. I had a very, very special time there- the apartment and building is timeless, beautiful, safe and tranquil. It’s location is perfect in the old town of Saumur. Christiane was the most wonderful, welcoming person who is spent some quality time with and it was an honour to get to know her. It was a fantastic place to call home when I was there. And I have taken back some really wonderful memories. I miss it already. Thank you Christiane!

Lovely and responsive host. The accommodation was impeccable, tastefully decorated and furnished and very pleasant. The accommodation is really close to the city center, which made our stay nice because we could do everything on foot. I really recommend this place 👍🏻

One-night stay, I was perfectly welcomed by Cédric, who is a very friendly, very responsive and very accommodating host! The accommodation is rather well located, on the edge of Maine and close to the city center. The neighborhood is very quiet. I highly recommend it if you want to discover Angers!

Two nights spent for a professional stay. I recommend it and would come back for a leisure stay if I have the opportunity. Easy to park and within walking distance to the hyper center of Saumur or the Haras. I recommend it!

The accommodation is very, very nice. Modern and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is very quiet. The balcony allowed us to enjoy the sweetness of the evenings. Nice studio, well-equipped and super clean. The residence is very well maintained, very quiet and secure. Shops within walking distance and walks nearby. i really recommend it.

Good experience. The accommodation was as described. Very pleasant, well arranged, very warm and functional. The bed is very large and access to the garden (a real little green oasis) is a real bonus. The only downside could be the parking. At times when the neighborhood is busy, it is rather difficult to find a place to park near the accommodation. I would definitely recommend it for a stay in Saumur.

We are very satisfied with our stay in Estelle's apartment! The joy of arriving to a bed already prepared and a clean apartment. The apartment is perfectly located, just 10 mins walk from the city center! The big plus: having free parking right in front with many spaces!
