Welcome to the 35m² "Petite Maison Cosy" located next to our main residence. Set back from the avenue, you'll appreciate its calm and its 50m² garden, which is totally independent and fenced. The property is located in a neighborhood close to all amenities within a 750m radius (bakery, supermarket and fast-food restaurant). Ideally located near the banks of the Maine river (2km from "La voie verte"), Terra Botanica (3km), the train station (3km) and the town center.

Enjoy a 40m2 apartment in the heart of the banks of Maine , quiet in the lower part of the city center close to all shops and transport. At the Bottom of the cathedral, with nice overlooking Maine river. come and relax with the SPA and tropical shower in the suite. A fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area are at your disposal. The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the Castel and a 1-minute walk from the place du ralliement which is the main place of the city center.
