Apartment holiday rentals in Anna Maria

My family came for a week and loved our stay! The beach is a short walk and John’s instructions were clear to the access. The beach as promised was private and beautiful! We came in June, and weather showed rain everyday, but for us it only rained at night and offered beautiful clouds for a beach sunset. A delightful bonus was the shed with beach items and a wagon to help carry things the beach. It was super helpful and much appreciated! My wife, and our two sons (8 and 11), and I had no problem sharing the space. A/C was cool and quiet, showers were nice, and everything clean. Kitchen is small, but great for cooking simple meals. Cookware is all clean and new! If we find ourselves back visiting the Sarasota area again soon, we will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at your condo. Once again, we really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated the fact that you had two regular beach chairs for us to use. We had a wonderful time once again. Everything was just perfect.

As a fellow host on Airbnb, I can certainly appreciate a clean place to stay. So many places fall short of this, but I have to say that Akira’s condo met the mark in cleanliness. The condo is also a short walk to the beach which came in extra handy in the evening when we watched the sun set over the ocean. Overall, we had a great time and would book again!

This unit on the Manatee River was beautifully decorated and had a fabulous view. We hit Florida at a time when the weather was near perfect, so I spent a lot of time in the swinging chairs outside, reading and watching the water. The beach is an easy 10 to 15 minute drive and the grocery store is convenient, too.

We enjoyed our stay in the quaint little apartment. The beach access was just a short walk and it was helpful that the home included a beach wagon, chairs, and umbrella. Be sure to let the owners know ahead of time if you’re interested in using the golf cart pictured in the listing, it’s not always available.

This place was incredible. Clean, amazing location, great accommodating host. Rex replied quickly each time. Me and my girlfriend had one of the best vacations here. We appreciate the memories. Thank you so much!

Our stay was amazing. This studio was exactly as described, and Heidi was the most responsive and thorough host! She made sure we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy her little piece of paradise on Longboat Key! She's thought of it all and was always just a text or phone call away if we needed anything. She communicated an earlier check-in with us, and the condo was stocked with everything needed to make our stay memorable. Dolphins from the backdoor, sea turtles nesting every night, and the beach just a few steps away were some of our favorite memories! We had a few minor inconveniences (no fault of Heidi's), and she went above and beyond to repair the issues and make sure we were comfortable and accommodated . We already miss this place and cannot wait to go back.

There was plenty of room for our family to spread out and relax! Right on the beach with a beautiful view of sand and water. We felt very much at home with all the conveniences. Morgan was very easy to communicate with, and, we hope to return next year!

Absolutely worth it. We spent time on Manatee Beach, had great dinners at the Ugly Grouper, Anna Maria’s Oyster House and Marina Jacks which was more upscale. The house was super clean and very comfy. Last eve was spent in pool and hot tub. Also owners were responsive to any requests. i would recommend this place and stay again myself. We also rented a catamaran 3 hour tour 😉 at Kathleen D’s. very nice.

This is our second time staying at this unit. We really love it! Doug has remodeled it since we have been there. Looks even better. Great location across from the beach and the pool is great!

Beautiful beach with perfect accommodations! Directly on the beach with breathtaking views. Highly recommend it! Peaceful, private, and can’t wait to go back.

The place was very clean. Good location for what I was in town for. The hosts were. Very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean. Not very quiet, but that is not a fault of the host. Busy intersection. The only negatives I had were that the window air conditioner was very loud. Typical hotel room unit. And, the beds were not very comfy. Again, a hit and miss with hotel room accommodations with comfy beds.

We really enjoyed our stay in St Pete at Mary's house and hope to stay there again soon. She is super friendly while at the same time our place was completely private. It is small, clean, and had everything we needed. Good location, probably our favorite stay in St Pete so far!!

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and very well maintained. It’s in a great location just a short walk to the beach and also close to other beautiful beaches, stores, and restaurants. The pool was a nice bonus clean and perfect for relaxing after a day out. For the price, it was a fantastic value. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place near the beach!

Great location - and super comfy bed! Also amazing that there were beach chairs, towels, & even a wagon! Made it super easy and comfortable to walk to the beach and relax.

Castnetter Beach Resort is a perfect location and Alan and his lovely wife are the most wonderful and gracious hosts! They were extremely prompt with responses to a couple of things, friendly, welcoming, and great with recommendations. Being directly across from the Manatee Public Beach and beach cafe, as well as trolley stop right there, you could quite easily not even need a car if you didn’t want to do anything off-island. Two spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms are so so nice! And there is a private balcony with table and chairs (and umbrella) as well as loungers for sunning, reading, or sleeping! (I did all three!) The kitchen was fully stocked and lovely. The pool is lovely and was used every single day. Beach umbrella and cart provided for walking across the street to the Gulf! One day the internet went out and when it came back on I couldn’t figure out how to re-program the tv. They came within minutes and fixed it! They are amazing hosts! Can’t wait to return!

we have stayed at Shorewalk several times while down visiting the grandson's. We really liked this spacious floor plan and proximity to the pool. Hannah and Helen were very helpful and responsive to messages.

I loved my stay. Amy was wonderful and helpful. We stayed in #3, which is in the back. it was quiet and secluded. Will have to come again.

we absolutely love staying at Aaron’s !! This was our first time in the upstairs unit, it was so spacious and clean . we really loved all the windows !!! It is walking distances to all the things you need the beach , Lisa’s brunch , John pass shops and restaurants , and 7 eleven !!! As always we will be back

Stayed here as I came into town for a concert. It was the perfect space, very clean and very private. I would definitely book again!

Roy’s place was comfortable, had good amenities, good location ( multiple beaches and restaurants in a close radius). The house was beautiful and just as described. The pool/hot tub, and outdoor seating was private and well maintained. Chairs, umbrella, and cooler were available to use which was a nice plus. We would definitely love to stay at this place again. Roy was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Andy’s place was even better than the pictures. Felt right at home away from home. We really enjoyed everything and well stocked with everything you could need. I definitely would stay here again!

Russell’s place was just as described. The bay of the bay was beautiful! This condo was within short driving distances of many great local beaches and restaurants. It had all the amenities, linens, and other items needed to make our stay perfect. Russell checked in with us prior to our stay, during and after.

Perfect oasis for a tropical getaway! Everything was just as described. Really enjoyed the use of bikes and Honeymoon Island is absolute paradise! Lori ands Gary were very attentive and quickly handled anything we needed!
