Holiday rentals with beach access in Anna Maria

Nice little place for two, close to everything. Nice view. had red snapper on the new grill. Fun!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

Overall my stay was wonderfully! It was just as pictured and super accessible to the trolly and other spots near by. Having access to beach chairs, umbrella etc. was amazing and made the 8 minute walk to the beach perfect. Fawn was a fantastic host! She was very responsive and flexible to our needs. I would easily pick to stay at this spot again when in town.

We absolutely loved our stay at Scott’s place. The condo was sparkling clean- I am extremely picky about cleanliness and was not disappointed. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated all of the beach gear Scott had available for use. We loved the location and the view from the balcony is unmatched. Scott was quick to respond with the minor issue we had at check in and quickly resolved the issue. We had the best time and will definitely be back!

The beach is literally steps away, but truthfully, I barely needed to leave the property. The pool is warm and inviting, the lounge areas are serene, and the attention to detail throughout the space is unmatched. Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

What a beautiful place. My kids and I felt like we were home and safe with surrounding area. Bettina was a gem with updates and check in’s. Just an awesome vacation for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic stay at Cottage on Pine! Definitely will be back in the future. Location is great, walking distance to all popular restaurants/coffee. Short walk to the beach. House was very clean & as described. Overall, great vacation house to meet all yours needs. Host was responsive and provided helpful recommendations. Highly recommend!!

Wonderful place. Perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults, two kids and a toddler). Numerous aspects of the home that made it exceptional—lots of beach gear (umbrellas, chairs, towels, toys, wagons, coolers, etc), outdoor shower to rinse off, bikes, plus everything you need in kitchen to cook. The beach is about a three to five minute walk and is spectacular—absolutely gorgeous. There is a southbound trolley stop across the street from the home, as well. About a fifteen minute walk to the shops on Pine Ave, which we enjoyed taking each morning. Minh’s home is beautiful and nicely furnished. She was always responsive and very nice each time I reached out. We had a fantastic time at this house and on AMI and will be returning as soon as possible.

Ross and Hannah’s place was great for our family if 5! The pool with tv set up was amazing for our kiddos many movies in the pool during the week made it so much fun! We also loved the convenience of using the golf cart, was so close to shops and restaurants (we only used our rental car once to go to Cortez)! Hannah was also very quick to respond and s gracious host. We would recommend to families coming to ami- a good value!!

Great place to stay at beach! House was above expectations and very clean. Dane was responsive and very helpful with any questions. Beach equipment and towels were awesome! Hard to find a place this spacious for a family of 5.

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.

From the minute you get there the grounds are beautifully kept, crisp and lush. Inside was immaculate and the fenced, private backyard with pool did not disappoint. Tropical landscape, a variety of comfy options for relaxing or dining and the pool was perfect! We paid extra to have it heated and it was totally worth it…especially for my young children(3 and 7) to swim and not shiver:-). This place has a nice light, airy, relaxed, indoor outdoor vibe! My parents traveled with us as well and also loved it! The very short walk to the beach was perfect and opened up to this beautiful, seemingly private beach. You could see the public beach down a bit where there were quite a few umbrellas, but no one around where we were. Very nice! The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet as well. Communicating with the host was very easy and she always responded. We had a great vacation and will definitely be back.

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

We had a lovely time. It’s an easy to walk to the beach. Place was very clean and nicely decorated. Will definitely book again if coming back to Bradenton Beach.

Scott’s place was very nice for a weekend. The location is perfect. The accès to the beach was fast. Scott’s place was very clean and looks exactly like the pictures . Very responsive for any questions or help. Recommended

This condo was absolutely beautiful!! So clean and very accommodating!! It had an amazing closet full of beach accessories!! We love places like this because we usually fly down and it’s so helpful to have things to take to the beach without having to buy it. We would hands down recommend this place over and over and we hope to return in the future!

As a mother traveling with kids, this place has everything you’re gonna need! Beautiful pool, cute put-put golf, beach towels, Sand toys, Sun shade, wagon, cooler, beach chairs. My girls played volleyball all week! Private houses on both sides of the unit… so it’s never crowded. We saw several manatees while swimming in the ocean and we got to witness loggerheads nesting at night! So if you’re looking for a truly relaxing vacation (for mom too) I highly recommend this unit and mostly, Heidi as a host!

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

Dan & Crystal's place was exactly as described. Steps from the beach and very well kept. Had a chance to meet Dan and he was extremely pleasant and nice to speak with. The beach was never crowded and the condo is in a great location. We will be back for sure. Thank you both. - Wayne and Chris
