The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

We truly enjoyed our stay and the condo was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed the ambiance by the outdoor pool and grill. The quick walk to the beach made it easy to view the amazing sunsets. The condo was very clean and the bed was so comfortable!

We really enjoyed our stay at Anita and Randy's place in Holmes Beach, they were both very responsive to any questions and requests. We felt like we were in our home away from home. Our 2 bedroom unit had a northern cottage feel, with an island vibe and a pool added in! The proximity to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants on the island, makes this a perfect vacation spot. In addition I would like to give a shout out of thanks to all those that put AMI back together after last falls hurricanes. I know there is still work to do, but you have done an amazing job to date, in the time you have had! Thanks, Tim Fast

Beautiful view of the Gulf of America to watch dolphins, shipping carriers and cruise ships coming and going. The beach area is mostly crushed shells until you get to the water. Nice seeing the beach was patrolled by police regularly even in a gated area. Was able to see Manatee in the canal and watch fishing boats coming and going. Parking was easy. Condo is very clean and well decorated with that comfortable relaxing feeling - we enjoyed the balcony for awesome sunsets and star gazing or our morning coffee. The restaurant/bars are not within walking distance but were only a short drive (all of them had good food). You pay by card for parking at most locations. We would definitely stay at this beautiful location again - one of my most relaxing trips.

Wow! This was even more spacious and beautiful in person. We absolutely loved the location...I mean you can't get any better than this. The view is just spectacular from inside and the screened in porch. We enjoyed the clean pool area and of course the fact that this is directly on the beach. All the little extras like high end beach umbrellas, chairs, wagon, beach towels, and more exceeded our expectations. The bottle of wine and beautiful card upon arrival were such a thoughtful and appreciated surprise. Beds and furniture were all super comfy and we felt right at home. Thanks so much for a wonderful week. We made amazing memories there with our two teen girls and we all look forward to returning next year.

The place is so beautiful inside - completely ready for social media posts. The location was amazing - and having a cart with all the beach stuff right there - it was just a 2 minute walk to the Gulf. While there was some construction going on because of the hurricane repairs - it was not inconvenient AT ALL …. We LOVED our experience and seriously did not want to leave! Everything perfect perfect perfect 👌

This was a great place to stay on AMI. Very short 2 min walk to the beach was hard to beat! Inside condo was a PERFECT setup for our larger family. Full size dining table made eating in feel like home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need which was great. Large Roku tv and internet made for a fun movie night. I didn’t feel like I went without anything the whole trip. If I had any complaints it would have been all the construction and the pool not being ready yet. And honestly, for what the island went through it is completely understandable. Hammering and outside noise in the morning was sometimes a bummer but I know it’s only temporary! Did not take away from the experience. Can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I needed a little staycation after a stressful few months. The little apartment at the beach was perfect. The location was beautiful despite the fact that the area is still recovering from a few hurricanes last year. The host was also very helpful and gave some great recommendations. The only negative thing that I can say is that my stay was too short. I look forward to staying there again.

What a treasure!! Though small, it completely met our needs. Was clean and homey. Ideal location between downtown Saint Pete and the beaches. Loved the view of the water from the balcony. Kids loved the pool.

We honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our birthdays. From the moment we arrived, the owners were so warm and inviting. They surprised us with a few welcome goodies, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made us feel at home right away. The unit was beautiful—clean, spacious, and honestly felt like a little slice of luxury. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels and bedding were incredibly soft and fresh—you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything in top shape. The view of the bay was amazing, and we got to watch dolphins swim by from the unit, which was just magical. They had canoes available for us to use, which made for a fun and peaceful afternoon out on the water. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. They gave us some great local restaurant recommendations too, and we ended up trying a few that we might have otherwise missed. Can’t wait to come back. Thanks Lyn & Frank

I chose the condo due to the reviews and location and it did not disappoint. We were actually invited to check in a little bit earlier, which was perfect for us to get our girls weekend underway. The condo was beautiful, well decorated and very comfortable and welcoming. The bottle of wine as a welcome gift was the perfect touch to get our weekend started. Only 2 miles from the beach and very close to shopping and other things that we needed. All I can say is that the weekend and it too soon and that is the only bad thing, everything else from the condo to the pool to the ease of everything from check in to check out. It was an amazing weekend and I’m so glad we chose to stay there. Thank you again and I will definitely use you in the future.

The location was great. Easy access to the beach, grocery stores, restaurants and the pool. Doris was friendly and professional. The condo was very comfortable for my husband and I and our two grandsons. thank you, Doris. We had a wonderful time.

We loved it here! It was a quick walk to the beach, and had everything we needed! (Umbrella, beach chairs/towels) The condo was well kept and clean! Restaurants and Publix within walking distance. (Skinny’s was a family favorite) We would definitely book again. It was definitely a stress free, peaceful vacation!

Our family of four drove down from Connecticut and this place was so beautiful and relaxing after a 22 hour drive. It was exquisitely decorated and had every amenity we could possibly need. The host called us as soon as we arrived to make sure we were satisfied with the place and to give us some great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. It is perfectly situated just minutes from the beach, walking distance to several restaurants, drugstores, a Publix, and the pool was just steps from the door. I highly recommend for any family looking for a beach getaway to make amazing memories.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was maybe a 2 minute walk to the beach. They also have everything you could need for your time at the beach. The beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and beach towels made it easy to load up and go to the beach everyday. Nick & Jay were super responsive and extremely helpful when we had a little problem. I can’t recommend their place enough and we hope to be back one day.

Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

The place was just perfect! It was so clean and a great location, it’s on a stretch of beach that doesn’t get too crazy busy. The staff at the building were just as great as the host ! Would 100% stay here again

We enjoyed our stay at the Island Inn. The staff was very friendly and the host was quick to respond to our questions. We liked the view from the room and that we were right on the beach. It was helpful having beach chairs and umbrellas to use so we didn't have to pay for them everyday. I think it was great for 2 adult guests, any more than that and the space might start feeling a little cramped. We used the grills outside to cook as well as the hot plates so we were able to make whatever we wanted. Great view of the sunset from the building, we watched the sun go down from the balcony and beach, very peaceful at night. Overall a great stay!

Amir’s place was just perfect for my husband and I. Tastefully decorated, clean and very comfortable. Not too big and not too small. Situated right on the beach for easy walking access with our beach wagon! We didn’t have any issues so no need to reach out. Thank you for the stay, Amir!

This place was paradise! Beach, ocean, and pool all so close and relaxing. Everything was a short, walkable, and there is a free trolley to take you all around the area. Ryan was great at communicating and responded within 15 minutes at the latest. Lots of towels for the beach, well stocked kitchen. Nothing but 5 stars all around!! 10/10 recommend this property and host!!!!
