Beachfront holiday rental in Anna Maria

My family and I were so excited to be able to return this summer, to Kamiron's beautiful place! It exceeded our expectations just like the year before. Kamiron is one of the sweetest and most thoughtful hosts I've ever had, and we hope to return again soon! Her place is fully stocked with everything you might need, it's so clean and decorated so beautifully! We love the cozy beds, the layout of the house, and it's located centered to every restaurant or shop you will love. The beach is stunning to wake up to, and enjoy coffee sitting on the cozy- large porch. I love, that the ocean is just a very short walk from her place. It's all so amazing! We cannot say enough about it! Thanks again for great communication and your lovely home away from home!

Jeffery’s rental was perfect. He has such an eye for detail and it’s beautifully decorated. Our view of the ocean from the sitting area outside the rental was spectacular! The space contained everything you would possibly need and was extremely comfortable. This is our second stay at Shell Cove 1 and we highly recommend it to others.

Morgan included all of the amenities. It was great to have all of the beach gear for our 4yo to play with. Pool is shared between four condo units. Great location only two blocks from the beach and right behind a plaza with the grocery store, cafes, ice cream, and bike rentals.

As a fellow host on Airbnb, I can certainly appreciate a clean place to stay. So many places fall short of this, but I have to say that Akira’s condo met the mark in cleanliness. The condo is also a short walk to the beach which came in extra handy in the evening when we watched the sun set over the ocean. Overall, we had a great time and would book again!

Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

Unit is very close to the beach. Lots of beach gear including paddleboard, chairs, umbrella/canopy, beach towels, and cooler. Washer and dryer right in unit make laundry easy. Trolley stop is right across the street. Front bedroom can be a little noisy with the traffic. Overall, had a great stay!

It was a great experience. It was a 2 minute walk or less to the beach. Great location and great communication. Will definitely be rebooking

Very quaint little town. We brought the bikes and were able to bike everywhere. Very peaceful with minimal crowds. Hit the spot on the get away we wanted. Thanks!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. This was a great vacation for my family, including two boys ages 10 and 12. Anna Maria Island is a wonderful place! We loved all the local restaurants. The location is perfect right in the middle of the island . We were close to the beach and free the trolley is right out front. We absolutely loved the bagel place next-door and having a grocery store so close. It was nice to have two bathrooms and the boys had their own room to hang out in. The space was clean and the pool was also a nice amenity. Communication with the host was great! We would come back.

We had a great stay at the turtle suite! Perfect getaway for a couple. Very family friendly atmosphere all over the island. The kayaks were a fun perk as well as having our very own pool. Had great neighbors during our entire stay. The house was very clean and was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend this property.

We absolutely loved our stay ! We even extended our stay and extra day because of how much fun we were having! This location is perfect! It’s close to Publix, restaurants, and literally almost on the beach. Our kids had so much fun swimming in the pool. The pool is shared but it never once felt crowded and it was very clean. The condo itself was very nice and clean! Fawn was also very helpful and responsive! Thankful for this great trip!

We had a fantastic stay! The beach was just a short walk away and so easy to access, which made our days relaxing and stress-free. The private pool was a huge hit—our kids were entertained for hours, and it gave us plenty of time to unwind. Christopher was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he truly cares about his guests’ experience. We would absolutely stay here again!

This location was awesome for our family vacation. We had 8 people and we had plenty of room. The outdoor area was relaxing. It was a comfortable house for both adults and kids. The proximity to the beach is great. We really appreciated the beach chairs, toys, cooler and umbrella. Hated to leave!

The place was exactly as advertised and I loved how close we were to the beach. It also was pretty private and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. Even though it was great, we probably wouldn’t stay here again because of the shower. My bf has had knee surgery and it was extremely difficult to get into the shower. The side of the tub was very very high, I had to lift my knee to my chest to get into the tub and my bf struggled a lot with his bad knee to do that to get into the shower. I still give the place 5 stars because it was as advertised I just didn’t realize from photos that the bathroom would be difficult for us to manage, and that’s our personal problem not a problem with the Airbnb. Everything else was perfect!

This place was amazing. It was just what we were looking for: close to the beaches, private, with a clean pool, and easy access to restaurants - perfect for my family to recharge before the busy summer months! We will stay here again for sure!

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! We came here with our two young children for a family vacation and the house and location were perfect! It was steps away from the beach and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The layout of the house was great for families and the decor was bright, beachy and so charming!

We loved staying here. The views from the home are incredible. Especially the sunset. Having the beach as your front yard was an unbelievable experience. True old Florida vibes. The proximity (walkable) to Publix was fantastic for groceries.
