AMI Boathouse was an incredible place for us to spend our vacation. Plenty of room for 2 families. The outdoor space was awesome and the kids loved having the pool out back. We brought a boat and the dock was fantastic being able to walk right out back and jump on the boat. Kris was extremely accommodating and can’t wait for our next stay at AMI Boathouse.

Stellar location very close to the beach and multiple great restaurants and shops. Our kids had no problem going off on their own for coffee or food. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive when we reached out with questions.

We had an absolutely fantastic time. The home was delightful. The ease of getting to and from the beach plus all the beach chairs and amenities Mark provided for the beach really made it all so easy. Staying a this Airbnb on Anna Maria island was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location was unbeatable, just a short stroll to the beach, where we spent our mornings. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed. The private pol was a dream-crystal clear and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. It truly felt like our own personal oasis. What really made the experience stand out was the host. Communication was prompt, friendly, and thoughtful from start to finish. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful, beachside retreat with all the comforts at home- and then some- this is the place. Anytime we travel to this island this is the first place I will check to see if it is available.

The Sand DollarCottage was our home for our family vacation this year. The home was even better than pictured. Walking, we were 90 seconds away from the beautiful white sand beach of the gulf. You don’t realize how nice a private pool is until you have that amenity at hand. Carolyn, the host, was great. She went above and beyond in every way imaginable. Our family definitely recommends this home and its host.

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

I recommend this oasis it’s beautiful just like the pictures private the outside is breathtaking I was surprised on how many cool electronics was around the house from the bathroom to the oven lol but 10/10 I had a blast great way to start my 30s 🙏🏾

Our time at Anna Maria Island was truly fabulous. The rental was spotless clean and exactly as described. The property itself was gorgeous with wonderful landscaping and the rental was wonderfully decorated and had so many nice touches. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and shared a wealth of information about the area and gave us great recommendations on nearby amenities. The house is just steps from the bay and was exactly what we needed to completely unwind and relax during our stay. We loved our time at this rental and plan to return! What a beautiful place. My kids and I felt like we were home and safe with surrounding area. Bettina was a gem with updates and check in’s. Just an awesome vacation for us. Can’t wait to go back!

Location was perfect! We loved being steps away from the beach! The house was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. It felt like a second home! Would definitely stay here again! We highly recommend this home!

This home couldn’t have been a better fit for our beach trip. We had 4 families gather (12 of us in total) in early June. The host’s replies were prompt and clear. Inside, the space is even more beautiful than the photos: roomy, tastefully decorated, and filled with thoughtful touches like a game room, coffee station, corn-hole set, and a covered grilling area. Lots of balconies with beautiful, partial views of the bay and the Skyway Bridge. The home was very clean, and everyone raved about the comfortable beds, and the location put us close to the sand and local spots. We’d happily book this place again for our next group trip!

We loved our stay at the Sandy Toes villa and hope to return some day. The location was fantastic, private and quiet but very close to the beach, restaurants, shops and tennis/pickleball courts. The villa was very clean and well maintained. Marlanea was very responsive and helpful.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautifully furnished and decorated, very clean, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. The outdoor space was a beautiful little oasis—perfect for relaxing. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach. Leah was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely love to visit again!

We thoroughly enjoyed Backyard Bliss. It was tucked away in a little cul-de-sac with a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The house had everything we needed for inside as well as everything needed for a day at the beach. And the pool was wonderful!!

The home and amenities were perfect for our week long stay on the island. It was a short walk to the beach every day and easy return back home to the pool for an afternoon swim. The home is very nice and comfortable. It’s centrally located to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Diana was a fantastic host! Her place is absolutely stunning—clean, beautifully decorated, and so comfortable. She was quick to respond to any questions, making everything easy and seamless. I would highly recommend both this host and location!

The house was perfect, great location, beautifully furnished. We couldn’t have asked for more. The house included lots of thoughtful extras such as a cool box, beach cart, sun tent and chairs for the beach. There was also sports equipment to use on the nearby sport courts and fishing equipment that could be used off the deck. The house was really well equipped and everything had been thought of. The app that is set up for house is a great idea and has all the information you need for the house including recommendations for eating out. In addition Alex and James are easy to contact and are very responsive. We had a great 10 days and hope to stay again.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Dan was a great host. He was super responsive and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay here again!
