We are renting an apartment in center of Novigrad. The city of Novigrad has a history that goes far back in time. The whole city is surrounded by walls which gives visitors a feeling of security and shelter. The apartment gives you a feeling of freshness and privacy. You can relax in peace on the private terrace or jump to the beach, which is a two-minute walk away. Near the apartment there are beaches, the central street which offers a lot of fun, in restaurants, bars and street entertainers.

Old Town Studio: Feel the Authentic Novigrad

Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was renovated in 2019. Its excellent location in the hearth of Novigrad old town offer the experience and charm of living in the Mediterranean fisherman’s town. For our guests we offer free private parking 400 meters from the apartment (a reservation is needed).

Obiteljsko imanje Sanja Apartments se nalazi na osamljenom mjestu u Svetom Servulu, a ipak udaljeno od Novigrada svega 2,5 km. Okruženo vinogradima i maslinicima. Natkriven parking, mali nogomet, stolni tenis. Dječja ljuljačka, pješčanik. Bazen od 50 m2 (10x5 rimski ulaz max dubina 1,2 m) - za zajedničku uporabu – popločano sunčalište, suncobrani, ležaljke. Na imanju je moguće vidjeti kućne ljubimce, mačku, psa. Zajednička upotreba natkrivene terase sa grilom.

Ima vlastitu kupaonicu sa sušilom za kosu, peglu i stol za peglanje, bračni krevet i kauč na razvlačenje, potpuno opremljenu kuhinju sa frižiderom i zamrzivačom, kuhalom za vodu, aparatom za kavu i tosterom. U dvorištu se nalazi kamin za roštiljanje, a ispred apartmana je besplatan parking za goste. Apartman se nalazi 2 km od plaže i centra grada.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!
