This is a spacious modern home near the top of Black Mountain looking west. Nestled on the side of the mountain with a 40 store high view across the valley. Beautiful sunsets from the second floor deck or patio below. Kitchen is well appointed and modern. Everything works. Spacious bedrooms. Very quiet yet secluded. Nate was a great host.

We had a wonderful, overnight stay at Sheynnas place. Quick, last minute getaway for our family and she was super accommodating. Lovely and clean home, BUT, the outdoor space is where it’s at. Beautiful, lush landscaping surrounding the pool, with an awesome water feature. Clean grill and propane fire pit to cozy up to. The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Beds were super comfortable. We are super happy with the short time we had!

Robbie was an incredible host and very responsive, accommodating, and friendly throughout our stay. Her place was super comfortable, clean, and easy to access—exactly what we needed. The beds were especially cozy and made for a great night’s sleep. The overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a little desert escape. Would definitely stay here again

I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home. The space was clean, stylish, and exactly as described, if not better. It felt warm and welcoming from the moment I walked in, with thoughtful touches throughout that made it easy to relax and feel at home. Derek was exceptional, friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed something, they replied quickly and were super helpful. It really made a difference in the overall experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay. House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! I would recommend her house to anyone and next trip to AZ I will be booking this house again 😊

Calm area, lovely garden/backyard area, very different experience than other locations. Enjoyed it for what little time we had. Would return next year if given the opportunity. Thank you!!

Check in went smoothly, apartment is really nice and right near a few bars and restaurants. Walkable to chase field and surrounding areas. Apartment was really nice. Only thing you should know is parking is in the building across the street which was no issue with us (2 people staying) overall really nice spot, glad I stayed here.

I’ve stayed in several Air BnBs in the Phoenix area and other cities. This was by far my favorite experience. The property was perfect for my girls’ trip with my daughter. Ashley was an amazing host and thought of everything we could possibly need. Definitely plan to stay at one of her properties on future trips.

Condo was just as described, very homey and welcoming. Everything was clean and just like a home, dishes, soap, iron, pads, tampons, shampoo, everything incase you forgot something!! The area was nice, would have loved to have access to the pool but overall the stay was perfect

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Clean, cozy and awesome location nearby the amphitheater. Would for sure stay here again next concert. Grateful for a restful night!

The apartment is for sure worth it. The beds were so comfy and the place was very clean! The only downfall is it is very hard to locate. The map of the complex was not very helpful as far as navigating to get to the leasing office for food deliveries, etc. But overall, I was satisfied.

Jesus’ place was cute, cozy and comfortable!! The bed and pillows were great and we appreciated the popcorn.
