Holiday rentals with a pool in Anthem, Phoenix

We planned a family vacation over spring break 2025 and wanted to just relax and enjoy our time together. We picked this house for the backyard and it was everything we had hoped for. We had a group of 9 with young kids ages 2-10 and our parents and the whole group enjoyed their stay. We spent all day outback swimming, on the greens and enjoying games provided with the house. Tiffany was a great host answering any questions we had in a timely manner. We will definitely be back to the area in the future.

Our group of 11 girls had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was spacious, easily accommodating us all, with stunning, high-end finishes and impeccable cleanliness. The host was super responsive, promptly addressing our two questions. The surroundings were serene, quiet, and breathtaking, making the property a peaceful retreat. We recommend renting a car, as Ubers are hard to come by. Roughly 10-15 minutes for shops, restaurants and bars, and an hour from PHX airport. We’re already looking forward to returning!

I loved our stay here! The home has all of the amenities of a well stocked home, plus some. The pool was crystal clean and refreshing after exploring the Phoenix area all day. The location was close to the attractions we wanted to see. My favorite moment of the visit was a late night lounge on the hammock looking up at the stars.

Everything was excellent, very clean, and the house was fully equipped and very spacious. The heater in the pool was very useful, and we loved the pool too. Overall, everything was excellent. I just recommend that future guests pay close attention to the address they give because you can drive and end up at another house. Make sure it's Avenue if you want to get to the right address.

House was perfect. Cathy was super friendly, she checked in to make sure we had everything and responded quickly. The house was just as it was listed , kid friendly, close to restaurants, grocery stores, pool was sparkling clean! I would recommend her house to anyone and next trip to AZ I will be booking this house again 😊

We truly enjoyed our visit; openness of kitchen, dining & living room allowed us space to be involved with family activities. The pool area was great for outdoor entertainment; water temperature was perfect for cooler weather during our stay. Putting green was put to good use, along with open grassy area for catch with baseball. Bedrooms were spacious; closets accessible & beds very comfy. Bathrooms clean, with plenty of towels for bathing and swimming. We felt very comfortable, safe and relaxed in your rental home. Instructions were clear and concise; appreciated owner checking in to make sure we had smooth transition. We will definitely return to this rental for next visit to Phoenix.

Very responsive and helpful! A nice quiet space that allowed us to relax while in Phoenix. They provided all the instructions and things to do in advance ! The space was cute & quaint & looked like the photos. We especially enjoyed the patio area and natural sunlight.

We stayed at this lovely condo for four nights, and we were 100% pleased with our stay. The unit was exactly as pictured and described with all the comforts of home. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub areas were lovely and quiet. Was nice to see the different types of vegetation throughout the complex. Quick drive/Waymo to some great restaurants and Old Town Scottsdale. Rene was a very pleasant and responsive host! We would not hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous condo in Avondale, just a 20 minute drive from Metro Phoenix. Condo is large, comfy, homey, and has everything you need. Parking spot right outside is awesome. Absolutely recommend.

This space was clean and quiet. Our plans shifted before we got there and Trent was flexible for our check-in time and accommodated our other requests. Being able to do our laundry and cook sometimes was very convenient. I would stay here again.

It was nice staying at Barbara's house. When we 1st got there, it was a little hard finding the building. GPS kept sending me to the building behind the condo! LOL! Once I found the building, it was easy to get into the condo. beds were comfortable. Great shower. It was good to have a parking space and not worry about where to park. It was very quiet so got good sleep. Barbara checked in with us and kept us informed! Overall, I would definitely recommend Barbara's place.

Great space in a perfect location. Close enough that you’re walking distance to shops and restaurants but tucked away in a quiet, private area. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing spot the view was INSANE the pictures will never do it justice. Anthony was very helpful and quickly responsive. Will definitely be coming back soon!

My family had a blast at John’s rental. Pool was well-maintained and jacuzzi was a perfect addition. We had plenty of shade in the backyard for adults to hang while kids swam. The kitchen was well-stocked so we could cook a few meals of our own. Rooms were furnished well and we even had disposable house slippers provided in each bedroom. I appreciate the little details that John thought of to make this stay special. He was also super responsive with our questions. Our family would definitely come back!

Really appreciate Alessandro’s kind and communicative style. The home is beautiful and spacious. I loved that my room while it felt homey was set up with amenities like a hotel would provide. Pool towels, bath towels, a hair dryer, a nice tv and working fan on the ceiling. Beautiful decor and surroundings. My room had an exterior door with a key I could easily come and go from without having to use main entrance! The pool was amazing too, and their backyard is so cool it’s like a jungle in the desert! Felt like an oasis. I would stay here again. It is important to note though there is another room across the hall that’s listed too, so you may be sharing the common spaces with another guest, and there may be noise associated with those guests. Amazing hosts though and home! Thank you Alessandro and Jayson!

This house was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter's graduation from a medical school in Phoenix. When we'd booked one less night then we needed by accident, Bryan was very accommodating and was open to us coming one day early. I'm pretty picky about cleanliness, and this was exceptional. The interior design was beautiful and modern, the pool was pristine, we could not have expected any better. Thank you Bryan for your flexibility and responsiveness!

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous Arcadia home. The inside was beautiful, clean and spacious. The backyard was the perfect place to spend our time in between the pool, fire pit and lawn area. Great for kids and adults alike. The neighbourhood was also beautiful and quiet and felt safe. The front porch views of Camelback was an added bonus! Great location - super close to old town Scottsdale and other shops and restaurants. We had a little one and we could walk to a lovely playground which is really close to the house. Highly recommend and hope we can come back and stay again. A big thank you to hosts!

We loved this place. It was perfect for us. Nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Amazing pool. Pool was small but perfect size for us. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to stores and restaurants. Plenty of room for our dogs. We can not wait to return. We're already planning our next trip.

The house was just as described and then some. I like the minimalist feel of the house BUT having everything you need and might have forgotten to pack. The neighborhood was quiet and close to plenty of places to eat. The yard was perfect for our dog - and having fresh lemons to pick right off the tree (or ground) for our sparkling water was great! We are so glad we paid to heat the pool since we were there for the one cold week sandwiched in to AZ temps— the cooler weather actually made it nice to go for long walks and hiking. We will definitely keep Jonathan’s place in mind when returning!
