Das Apartment liegt in 365 Meter Höhenlage der schönen Nord-Eifelregion Mutscheid, neben unserem Hobby-Bauernhof (Kein Streichelzoo). Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in und um Bad Münstereifel oder Ihre Auszeit. Kinderbücher/Spielsachen, Gesellschaftsspiele vorhanden.

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

The renovated barn features high ceilings in the living area, a cozy stove, access to the rooftop terrace. The lower floor includes a bathroom + two bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room. There is a sauna :-) and access to the private garden with a pond. A newly built playground with various play options is located nearby. The barn is situated in the backyard of a house where a family lives. WiFi reception is currently very poor.
