Serviced apartment holiday rentals in Appalachian Mountains

Great location with easy access to lots of sight seeing,l being close to the ferry to old Quebec city. But we found it quite expensive for 2 people for one night. It’s a very cute little apartment, and a very nice touch to have cream in the fridge for our morning coffee. Clear check in & out instructions, however everything else in the guidebook was only in French so we were unable to learn about any local attractions etc with that.

The space was great for my weeklong stay. The kitchenette was well stocked with utensils, dishes, appliances and cookware. The bed and couch are both very comfortable, the entire suite was very clean. There is some sound coming in from above and the apartment next door, but that's to be expected when you share walls. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I would stay again.

Better than I hoped for. Just right for my husband and me. We especially appreciated the large windows, hardwood floors, heavy doors, and updated finishes. Sweet surprise: The morning sun shines on the deck. Lovely coffee and quiet to welcome the beautiful day. Thank you, Michael! We’re already thinking about when we can return.

We had a very nice stay in Gaylle and Sid’s cozy apartment. Gaylle and Sid made us feel welcome and let know where everything was in the place on our arrival. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed the extras of having yogurt and cereal. Thank you!!

It was a pleasure staying there because it was quiet and in a beautiful setting. We loved the decor. I wish we had had time to play pool in the billiard room.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. The quality of bedding, linens and furnishings stood out compared to other rentals. The property and the unit are more spacious and charming than the pictures show. The local coffee and pastries were a delicious and unexpected treat. We loved hearing the train. The only thing to be aware of is that the thermostat is located in the owner's home (adjacent) and communication with the owner is required to make adjustments. However, with that said, Susan was accommodating and responsive during our stay and we would highly recommend.

The apartment was more beautiful than in the photos, in a peaceful and pretty area too. Thanks for hosting and taking care of us!

L'appartement lui même était pleinement une expérience, endroit chaleureux ouvrant sur une vue et un parc exceptionnels. je recommande absolument.

Frederick is a great host. So friendly and responsive. The bnb is just as described. So comfortable and fresh. The bed was cozy, plenty of coffee, and he is generous with the bath products. We will definitely stay here again.

Words can't capture how fabulous our stay was at Gil's beautiful home. We felt so lucky the moment we walked through the door! Our amazing stay started with the parking spot right behind the apartment - a true rarity in this area. This is the fourth time we have stayed on St. Denis, our favorite street in Le Plateau. Everything you could need is within walking distance - fabulous restaurants, the best donuts from La Beignerie, the grocery, SAQ, both thrifting and higher end stores... it's all there. The apartment itself is absolutely stunning, absolutely beautiful at every turn - including the bathrooms! They were as lovingly curated as the rest of the home. We also appreciated all of the amenities they offered (coffee, shower items, ample towels and cloths, umbrellas, everything!). If you have the opportunity to stay here, do not hesitate. It made our son's graduation weekend extra special. We are so grateful Gil opened his home to us. It is truly the best of the best!

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Richmond. Johnathan’s place was beautiful and spacious, we did just a weekend but felt we could have made it our home for a week. Close to a number of great restaurants and the museums are always fun to visit! Thank you for a wonderful birthday weekend!

Tillie's place is very welcoming and I enjoyed it! I stayed for 3 nights for a business trip and it was all worth the price. I'll definitely stay again the next time I'm around the area.

We found Leslie's place well equipped and very cozy. Lots of small, thoughtful things that made staying there delightful, including fresh flowers. We also found the decor to be very nice and will take some decorating ideas home with us. My companions were very satisfied with the stay.

Catherine’s place was wonderful! It was a perfect location for my little family during our weekend getaway. Catherine left great walkable recommendations for us to check out during our stay and her neighbor, Howie, was the sweetest! I wish there was an additional lock on the apartment door, but that was just a personal preference. The bathroom shutters would have been a little awkward had another couple or friend been staying with us, since you can hear everything going on in the bathroom, but since it was just our family, it wasn’t a big deal at all. Neither of those things were a big deal, just personal preferences of ours. All in all, we would absolutely stay there again and meeting Howie was such a sweet surprise too. Beautiful apartment, wonderful, walkable location, quiet, and very clean. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed for three weeks. It had the minimum for what a person needs to be comfortable. I really have no complaints other then the futon. A real couch would elevate this place. The neighbors were nice and it’s not to far from grocery stores. Over all worth the price.

Owner was extremely nice and accommodating!! The place was so comfortable and it was a great place for a get away! Felt safe and right at home!
