Beautiful spot to relax, reconnect and leave refreshed! We enjoyed everything about our stay, especially the sauna, living pool, and hike to the yurt! We would love to return, thank you for sharing such a peaceful place with us, it was exactly what we needed.

This was my wife and I's first time away without kids in 20 years. It was the most relaxing stay we could have imagined. It's a 7 hour drive from our home, we stumbled upon it while visiting friends in TN, and we needed a place to spend a night on our way home, my wife said she would travel 7 hours back to spend a long weekend. It was worth every penny to us. It is a slice of heaven on earth. If you enjoy listening to nature this is the place, we fell asleep hearing the wind gently blow through the trees, awoke to the birds, and had a mix of rain drops overnight. We have traveled as full time RVers for 10 years, and have lived all over the US, we considered buying a 40ft catamaran, and sailing the high seas, however after one night, we know a yurt is something we will own and live in as our children move out and it's just the 2 of us. I sort of selfishly don't want to write this because I feel I found a secret gem in this place but they deserve your business so: FABULOUS in every way! Sheila and her crew are pro-level. I felt totally comfortable from the moment I booked until the moment I left. It is a magical space and they are lovely, lovely people. They were available, helpful and friendly but also gave us our space. It was a COLD, rainy May weekend but so unbelievable cozy and we still effortlessly had the best time. I am having trouble imagining a season that would not be perfect here. Would go back, 100%.

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The farm tour with Madi was excellent, truly a must do! The yurt was cozy with a short walk to the pool and hot tub. It felt like a private retreat. We had some big rain storms while there, but inside was dry and comforting. Will absolutley be back!

We loved our stay in the yurt. It was a beautiful space inside and a very private location. Appreciated the detailed directions for how to find it as the road in is easy to miss. Temperature management and hot water were great, better than expected. Would love to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the yurt! Linda will be the first to warn you that this is more like camping than a hotel, but there is something very special about this place.

We had an amazing stay at the Yurt! It was clean, comfortable and cozy! The location was super convenient to multiple breweries and wineries. Would stay here again!

A true yurt - no running water or electricity so not ultimate glamping, but a lovely setting and spacious abode.

Mia and Johns beautiful property, Yurt, and kindness was truly what my Husband and I needed for our weekend getaway! The Yurt was sparkling clean with a gorgeous bathroom and perfectly stocked. The pond was beautiful and perfect for paddle boarding with a lovely family of geese! Mia and John were always very responsive and always made sure to check in with us and that we had everything we needed. They also have a very sweet chocolate lab! We can't thank them enough for their hospitality and attention to detail. Thank you again!

Eliza’s property was exactly as described! Tucked away from the main road, it offers a ton of privacy. The amenities made staying in a yurt very comfortable. We’d definitely stay there again and enjoy island living!

Evan’s place is a beautiful escape. I came for the views and they delivered! It’s close to a small waterfall that you can hear from the yurt which was so nice to fall asleep too. The downside as others have mentioned are the amount of bugs that make their way inside but Evan does warn that it is a camping experience. We also experienced an issue with the battery having no charge when we got there but Evan was very responsive in helping us out with that. Overall, it was an enjoyable getaway and I’d love to come back!

The Yurt was great. Certainly a unique, off grid and mostly secluded experience. May not be every persons cup of tea if you’re seeking full resort accommodations. But if you’re interested in something different you won’t find everyday, this stay checks all those boxes

Very quiet and secluded. Artfully decorated. Creek was dry but forest sounds made up for it. Ryan was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Hot water heater was a little finicky, but the bath house provides a great camping feel. We would highly recommend this place for a couple looking to slow down and relax for a while!

Douglas was a fantastic host. He was extremely responsive and accommodating, and his property was beyond gorgeous. We will absolutely be staying here again!

This place was an absolute dream. The hosts were quick to respond if anything was needed, but otherwise left us alone to enjoy the yurt in peace. It was quiet and completely private. The hot tub was a nice addition, we enjoyed stoking the fire and listening to it crackle while soaking in the essence of cedar. If you’re looking for a private place to stay off the grid, I highly recommended staying here!

I stayed at Angela’s yurt for Memorial Day weekend. It was exactly as described. My boyfriend and I had a very peaceful long weekend. The space was cozy and adorable and we especially loved the wood burning stove. Was a great stay, would definitely return and highly recommend.

Rachel’s yurt on Star Lake was peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. We fell asleep to the calls of loons and the chorus of peeper frogs, and woke up to the stillness of the lake just outside our door. The yurt is cozy and well-kept, perfect for unplugging and soaking in the serenity. A truly relaxing getaway.

This yurt was perfect. The bee theme thru out was awesome for my children.
