Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Arbatax

Fabian is place was perfect. The property matches the photos. Fabiano was responsive, offered recommendations and information on any questions we had. The home is surrounded by beautiful nature and quiet peace. Would recommend to anyone visiting Sardinia !

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

Ivo is very helpful and kind host, he shared lot of useful information eg. place to eat, shop, local footpaths. Accommodation was very clean, well equipped, situated in very quiet area with seaview. Hint for cat lovers- you can expect regular, cute visitor 🐈 I can definitely recommend Ivo and his accommodation for your stay 👍👍

Marco's accommodation was great, very clean, with a very well-appointed exterior where it was very pleasant to enjoy the coolness of the evening. Well-equipped overall and pleasant setting. But unfortunately from the ground floor apartment where we were, we did not have a view of the bay as indicated. It is also difficult to get to the city center "a stone's throw away" except for great athletes! But if you have a car, the area is super nice with lots of activities

Paola and Vittorio were lovely hosts and so helpful. Their place was perfect for us and a great base from which to explore. The place was squeaky clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We have already recommended it and would love to go back ourselves some day. Sardinia is the most beautiful and pristine island. I would recommend April as it was so quiet. Perfect

Sabrina's place is very nice, clean and modernly furnished. You are right in the middle of nature, next door a few cute donkeys. Sabrina is very nice and also sent us recommendations for the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly and everything else was great. Super equipped kitchen, cozy bed and a nice terrace. We even had fresh fruit, some snacks and drinks to welcome us.

Well equipped and cosy apartment with fantastic sea view. Calm neighborhood, 15 min drive to the next centrum. Beautiful community pool, but without shadow. Laura was a very responsive and helpful host. Thanks!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Manuela was very nice and always available. The house was good for us 4 (2 adults and 2 children) from the place. Kitchen has the essentials you need. Even got milk, coffee powder, and a bottle of water. The air conditioning in the living/dining room is loose enough for the whole house. Cools very well!The property is a dream and is very quiet. It grows grapes, figs, pears, from which we were allowed to eat and from time to time we got fresh eggs from the chickens. Great also that there is a washing machine. However, the way to the house is not for lowered cars. The highlight is the open terrace. Just the many flies are a bit annoying. In the evening with candles everything is great! The beaches near Foxi Murdegu and Foxi Manna are very nice and not overcrowded like many others.

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. The apartment is fantastically located - just a few steps from the beach and in the middle of a large, well-kept garden, which is completely available. It is stylish and furnished with great attention to detail - you immediately feel comfortable and can relax wonderfully. The private parking spot is also a plus. The proximity to nature and the quiet surroundings are particularly beautiful. A small disadvantage is the noise level - unfortunately, you can hear a lot from the neighbors. Those who are sensitive should bring earplugs. Overall, however, a wonderful place that we would like to recommend and will come back!

We had a great stay at Claudio's! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The apartment is new and the environment is peaceful, we'll be happy to come back. A strategic place for visiting the area, I would highly recommend it!

1 month holiday in a perfect house, clean and newly renovated, is located in an optimal position to visit both the sea and the hinterland. Davide and his family were welcoming with us and made us feel part of them, without missing anything. My thank you very much goes to all of them!

We liked the accommodation in Santa Maria Navarrese very much, especially the roof terrace was an absolute highlight. It is large, nicely shaded and offers a great view of the sea. We enjoyed having every meal outdoors there. The location is ideal to explore the region around Baunei, and both the restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. The communication with the landlords was via a common messenger service, was friendly, efficient and even in German. The fact that an ice-cooled Ichnusa was waiting for us as a welcome gift in the fridge was great – we felt immediately welcome!

Mrs. Cesarina's apartment is located in a central area of Santa Maria Navarrese and at the same time quiet. Supermarket and butcher shop nearby. If you do not have your own means, you can still enjoy a week of vacation having easy access to the beautiful beaches of the city, the port to visit the Gulf of Orosei and the caves. The apartment is cool, with a small terrace and availability to use the outdoor grill. Great option if you're traveling with a dog. Mrs. Cesarina was always kind and very helpful.

Beautiful and comfortable house (as in the photos) in a quiet location with all amenities within walking distance. Comfortable bed and large, livable spaces. House really suitable for a winter stay as well as summer. The pastry shop next door is a particularly welcome plus. Host available and responsive.

Excellent hospitality. Beautiful home in the middle of the countryside. Hosts are extremely welcoming. They live on the property and are available at short notice should you need anything.

Luciano and his family were always very kind and helpful, the house is in a great location close to the beautiful beaches in the area. Great for families.

We had 9 wonderful nights at Andrea's place. Every morning (early October) a beautiful sunrise from the terrace! On Tertenia you have 15 minutes by car, but in 5 minutes you have 2-3 delicious restaurants, 2 supermarkets and 2-3 beautiful beaches. In the kitchen we found everything for easier meals and the bed was very comfortable :) Another highlight is the outdoor shower, which also has hot water, so you can shower under the stars in the evening. I'd go back in a minute, it really is a little paradise!

Location,splendid. And a very nice house in the heart of nature. irrelevant advice for the purpose of judgment ,you should put a sign ,indicating the entrance from the main road,to make the road more visible. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon.

A wonderful vacation in a cottage on a hill in the middle of nature overlooking the valley and the sea, with breathtaking sunrises and starry night sky - it couldn't be more beautiful! By car, everything like the beach, supermarket, restaurants can be reached in a few minutes. Check-in was also super easy, the place had everything we needed and Andrea responded quickly to every message and gave us tips. We enjoyed the time very much and would come back any time!
