Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arbatax

Very nice accommodation and garden, as in the photos. We felt right at home. It is rural, quiet, exactly what we were looking for. The garden is simply a dream, the porch swing was my absolute favorite place. The grill was also great and the amenities were great, everything you need was there. The only thing that would have been nice would have been a sofa in it. It was still a bit chilly in the evening and we had to go in, so we could only sit at the table. But there's not really room for a sofa. But that was just a small thing. We enjoyed the stay very much, it is a very cozy cottage and we highly recommend the stay.

The stay at Elias' in Baunei was super nice. The house is exactly as photos describe. The garden is beautifully done. Although guests also live above, it is not disturbing at all. You are down there all by yourself, so it is very quiet. In the morning we had a visit from a small cat family, which was super cute. We were there for 13 days and felt like we had arrived from the beginning. We once had problems with the Internet and once a power failure, Elias was immediately there and solved the problem. We had a fantastic stay at Sabrina’s place! The accommodation was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Sabrina was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great. We’d definitely come back – highly recommended!

This is an historic house with all of the modern conveniences. It is located very centrally in a beautiful mountain town with good access to hiking and the ocean. The owner was very helpful and generous when we had some difficulties. We were there off-season and were the first guests of the year, so there were a few kinks to work out, but at all worked out well. We will definitely return on our next visit.

Villa Casula was everything promised. Clean private and close to great restaurants and bars. It was in a real neighborhood not a tourist trap. The Villa was decorated so well, we left feeling inspired to redo our house 😂. We are looking forward to returning as both the Villa and the Country won our hearts. Alfredo, Sabina and Giovanni and Sophia all were amazing and made it so easy.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We had a very nice stay at the villa. The view is really wonderful and gives a lot of rest and relaxation. If it doesn't necessarily have to be a sandy beach, you can also walk well in front of the cliffs and take a swim and sunbathe there. The location of the house also offers a good starting point for excursions. We enjoyed our time very much.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

We loved our 1-night stay here. The apartment is brilliant - amazing views, spacious, clean, has the amenities you need, easy to find and check in. Baunei town itself is worth visiting. A couple minutes walk away is a great rooftop pizzeria, a pastry shop, and a pub with seats overlooking the valley. Only downside to town is supermarket opening hours are limited (5-8pm). Overall highly recommend staying here!!

We were on site for nine days and can't complain. 🙂 We had a wonderful vacation and would have liked to stay longer. We recommend the place and would come back any time. Everything was as described, questions were answered quickly, there were tips for this and that (which we almost all did🤗) and help if you didn't know how something works. The highlight is and remains the view. A big thank you to Agnese's daughter Francesca, who was our contact person 🙂

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Very nice, well-equipped small apartment in a very quiet neighborhood in a nice little town with charm and lively life, which also includes a very interesting mountain village. There was everything you need. The view from the balcony to the mountains was beautiful, you didn't see too much from the sea. Communication with Loredana was smooth and fast. Santa Maria Navarrese is an ideal starting point for companies and clearly preferable to other places in the area.

Very nice apartment, beautifully decorated with lots of details. The kitchen was equipped with some basics (salt, pepper, oil etc.) which was very convenient. Marina is a very friendly and proactive host. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We felt right at home, thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the host. Very clean apartment, with large rooms and a small terrace... WONDERFUL, our favorite! The location of Bari Sardo is absolutely central to change the beach every day and visit the most beautiful ones!

Very nice large apartment with a great terrace in a quiet residential area…. we spent almost two weeks here… it was just great. The house is quite new and the apartment is functional and nicely furnished. Everything was extremely clean. Communication with the host worked very well. The location of the apartment is very good, quiet and relatively close to the center. Everything worked out. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Very well equipped and spacious apartment in a quiet location. Bathrooms were very modern and especially in the kitchen there were plenty of dishes etc. Sandro and Carmen were always available when we had questions. All in all highly recommended.

Great stay! Everything as described! Super nice apartment, plenty of space in the terrace, private parking, air conditioning, great location! The only minus is that there is no elevator and some rooms have a direct connection, no doors and you have to go through one room to get to the other.

Lovely apartment in a gorgeous town!

The stay in Flor's apartment was excellent! Both she and her husband gave us many recommendations for tours to do and places to dine. They also allowed us to check in earlier than scheduled. The apartment itself is very nice and very well equipped. If we are lucky enough to return to Cala Gonone, we would definitely choose this accommodation again.

Beautiful place that is decorated with a lot of love for detail. The view is a dream! Top communication with the hosts, who are very attentive and take care of all concerns very quickly. We will be happy to come back!

What should I say, perfect Airbnb for Cala gonone. Great view on the whole bay and sea. One of the best hosts I ever had, helped us with a lot of questions and she was so kind. Arranged early check in for us :) Best place I could imagine in Cala gonone!
