Logement proche de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un agréable séjour. Quartier très calme (très agréable pour une bonne nuit de sommeil). Literie confortable et logement équipé de quasiment tout. Je recommande ! :)

Wir waren zu acht in der Unterkunft - vier Erwachsene und vier Kleinkinder. wir fanden eine schöne und einfache Unterkunft. Ivo hat schnell und präzise auf Fragen reagiert und war zeitlich sehr flexibel - wir haben uns beim Check-in und Check-out etwas verspätet, was kein Problem war. Lieben Dank!

Logements propres, agréables et tout a fait adéquats pour un groupe de7/8 personnes. Cependant le balcon du 1er étage est peu agréable à cause du filet du sol au plafond. Dommage. Manque d' équipements culinaires. Mais les propriétaires sont très accueillants et au service de la clientèle. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour.

Locale pulito e molto ben organizzato con un piccolo giardino con barbecue ( pulito e attrezzato) che ha deliziato il soggiorno. Peccato non essere riusciti a godere a pieno della bella veranda per il caldo afoso dovuto al periodo. Oste attenta ed esperta che ha saputo indirizzarci per eventi e consigli utili sulle attività del luogo. Consiglio a chi vuol vivere la meravigliosa Sardegna in tranquillità anche ad agosto. Ottimo anche per i nostri amici a quattro zampe.

We had a fantastic stay! First and foremost, the house is pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The place was perfect – the kitchen had everything we needed, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was spot on, close to beautiful beaches and great hiking spots. Catia, who welcomed us, was amazing – super friendly, full of helpful tips, and always quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thanks for having us!

Antonios Haus ist sehr gepflegt, mit großzügigen, schön eingerichteten Räumen, zwei großen Terrassen und einem wunderbaren Blick auf die umliegenden Berge und das Oddoene-Tal. Gleichzeitig ist es nur einen Katzensprung von Dorgali entfernt, so dass Supermärkte, Bars, Geschäfte und das Stadtzentrum in nächster Nähe liegen. Vom Stadtverkehr hört man aber überhaupt nichts. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Noch toller als das Haus war aber der Gastgeber: Wir hatten gleich zu Anfang unseres Aufenthalts einen kleineren medizinischen Notfall, und Antonio war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich rührend um alles gekümmert, einen Arzttermin organisiert, uns hin- und wieder zurückgefahren und sich hinterher noch mehrfach nach uns erkundigt. Ein Super-Superhost! :) Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Villa Isportana nur empfehlen.

l'appartamento e' impeccabile, con vista sul mare, una cala stupenda a due passi da casa. Il quartiere tranquillo e e gradevole. la casa ha Posto auto interno privato e appena fuori e' facile da trovare. Abbiamo passato una vacanza indimenticabile non solo per le meraviglie che offre la Sardegna ma anche perche' abbiamo alloggiato un un posto così ben tenuto e organizzato. Consiglio !!! Moira e' sempre gentile e disponibile! nei dintorni c'e' una ottima offerta di posti per mangiare. Speriamo davvero di tornare presto!!!

We spent 7 days as first guests at the newly renovated villa and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well equipped and they provided salt, pepper, spices and dish washing tabs. The air conditioners are brand new and silent. The 5 double beds have quite hard mattresses, however still comfortable. The bathrooms are very modern and stylish. The owner provided 2 sets of keys, beach umbrellas, beach chairs/ towels. There is a beautiful view to the sea from the dining area as well as from the bedrooms upstairs. The owners representative was very responsive and helpful. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Internet was available but low speed. The rocky beach can be reached by 10 minutes walking and allows snorkeling. The sandy beach can be reached by car in 5min with free parking lots. A small supermarket can be reached in 5 min by car and a nice Italian restaurant is there as well. We enjoyed our vacation and recommend this villa.

Sehr schönes, modernes und grosses Haus. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist teils etwas spärlich eingerichtet aber okay. Der Garten und Sitzplatz ist eher klein, aber praktisch. Die Lage ist ruhig, am Rande der Stadt und nahe am Meer. Marco ist reaktionsschnell und direkt gegenüber stationiert. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

One of our favourite and most relaxing holidays ever! Edoardo was helpful and communicated promptly before and during our stay. We loved Calla Gonone, a perfect town for a self catering beach holiday. It was fantastic being right on the sea front and having a view of the beautiful beach and coast. Everything we needed was close by - beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets and other shops. We took a boat trip to the beautiful beach at Calla Luna, which should not be missed. The ice cream shop next door sold the most delicious ice cream. The property is above a restaurant which concerned us slightly before we arrived. Edoardo re-assured us that this would not be a problem. It wasn't a problem for us but it could be for someone who wants complete peace and quiet as the restaurant closed at midnight and music played until then. We loved being in a busy part of town watching what was going on while we relaxed, ate dinner etc. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the bed linen and towels are of a high standard. Thank you for a brilliant holiday.

Villa MAJU is a true diamond in the rough— a rare combination of beauty, charm, comfort and personality. Every aspect of the villa and our stay was considered and Julie was extremely responsive and helpful with anything that we may have needed help with. An ideal host and a stunning home with magical views of the ocean and the bucolic Sardinian countryside, only a few blocks away from a private local beach. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful house from the very first moment. The location is simply stunning – right on the beach, with breathtaking views and the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind. Manuel was a fantastic host: incredibly kind, helpful, and flexible. Communication was always warm and easy – we felt very well taken care of. The house itself is thoughtfully designed and radiates a special sense of peace. It truly felt like a home away from home – set in a paradise-like environment. We rarely feel this comfortable and honestly didn’t want to leave. A wholehearted recommendation – we would love to come back!

We spent four wonderful days in Arbatax over Pentecost 2025 and couldn’t have been more satisfied! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well-equipped, and in a beautiful location. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great tips for trips and sights in the area that really enriched our stay. He was also there every morning to clean the pool and make sure everything was perfect – such great service! We felt truly welcome and well taken care of. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Séjour paisible, au calme. La maison est bien équipée. Il y a près du logement un commerce bien achalandé. Un bar restaurant se trouve à proximité de la résidence - une vue sur la mer magnifique. Germano est un hôte très attentif et réactif 🙂

Location molto carina con una posizione straordinaria, a due passi dalla spiaggia di Porto Frailis da un piccolo parco in cui i bambini possono giocare spensierati e vicino a ristoranti pizzerie ottime!

Die Wohnung/Haus von Marco ist sehr schön am oberen Hang gelegen, ist mit einer umlaufenden Terrasse ausgestattet und bietet eine tolle Aussicht. Es war slles sehr sauber sowie gut und neu eingerichtet. Sehr schön ist auch das Areal um den Pool, was wir gerne genutzt haben. Wir fanden es auch sehr schön, dass der Strand fußläufig erreichbar war. Dadurch kann man abends nochmal zum Strand gehen, der eine sehr schöne Atmosphäre und Stimmung bietet. Insgesamt ist Marcos Unterkunft eine schöne Basis für einen gelungenen Familienurlaub! Man sollte allerdings wissen, dass die Unterkunft die obere Etage eines zweistöckigen Hauses darstellt, von dem auch die untere bewohnt ist. Die Eingänge sind zwar separat, aber man ist nicht alleine in der Unterkunft. Uns war diese Tatsache so nicht aus der Beschreibung bekannt und wahrscheinlich hätten wir sie dann auch nicht gemietet. Es war aber trotzdem eine schöne Woche und wir können die Unterkunft durchaus empfehlen.

Wunderschönes Haus neben einem stillgelegten Flughafen mit tollen Gastgebern! Wir haben hier mit unseren Kindern und Hund eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Highlight ist der große Garten und der tolle Pool. Wir haben uns quasi nur draussen aufgehalten, aber auch drinnen gab es alles, was man braucht. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn, sondern. Blockt auf wilde Gärten und Zitronenbäume. Du Kinder dürfen beim planschen also auch mal laut sein☺️ Auch die Umgebung ist sehenswert, man kann gut Ausflüge zum wandern oder an den Strand ( ca. 1km) unternehmen. Sandra und Antonio waren super erreichbar und dank übersetzungsapp und Händen und Füßen konnten wir uns auch gut verständigen… Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Massimo war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist recht rustikal aber für den Preis in Ordnung. Pool und der Ausblick ist super schön. Ein wenig abgelegen. Die Strände in der Nähe sind super schön.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Anreise haben wir extra noch in einem Supermarkt auf dem Weg vom Flughafen eingekauft. Das war nicht nötig, denn im Haus wartete bereits das nötigste für Abendessen und Frühstück auf uns. Das Haus war komplett ausgestattet und nur ein Brotmesser haben wir vermisst 😉

La casa es acogedora y muy tranquila, todo estaba tal cual a la descripción. Limpia y ordenada, con todos lo necesario. La zona tiene pocos servicios, pero restaurantes cercanos y una carnicería con muy buena materia prima. Repetiría sin duda, para unos días de desconexión y relax.
