A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Ein charmantes Landhaus mitten in der Natur im Waldviertel mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Yspertal und Sonnenaufgang am Balkon. Im großen eingezäunten Garten mit Wald haben auch Hunde viel Spaß und Platz. 200m entfernt vom Haus befindet sich der Puschacherteich, ideal zum baden und fischen. Wer die Natur liebt findet in der Umgebung schöne Wander und Fahrradwege, zbsp Ysperklamm oder auf den Ostrong. Guter Ausgangspunkt nach Maria Taferl, Melk oder in die Wachau, alles ca 25min.

The former barn is originally converted into a holiday home of a special kind, 144 m² on two levels. Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Between the beautiful Salzkammergut and the imposing Kremstal with Kalkalpen National Park lies our oasis of relaxation, which can accommodate 2 people. A studio room, nestled in a modern wellness house with sauna and steam bath, is available. The wellness house is surrounded by an idyllic garden, which is bordered by a small mountain stream.
