A small nice house with about 70 m² of living space in a quiet location, on Johannesweg, 4 km to the thermal baths and 25 minutes by car from Linz. Our house was built in 1974 and completely renovated in 2019. Therefore, it is modernly furnished and very comfortable. Here you can rest, relax or take a break on the Johannesweg on a 3-day pilgrimage and feel the magic of the Mühlviertel. Thanks to our network of riding trails of around 700 km on the Mühlviertel-Alm, we are always happy to see hiking riders!

Ein architektonisch klares, lichtdurchflutetes Apartment inmitten von Wiesen, Wald und Bergen, modern, stilvoll und bewusst reduziert. Hier wohnt ihr mitten in der Natur, mit maximaler Privatsphäre und Bergpanorama. Im Garten befindet sich eine Holzsauna mit weitem Blick über das Hirschgehege und die umliegenden Berge. Das Apartment liegt auf einem kleinen Biohof, den ich nach Permakultur-Prinzipien führe. Auf den Wiesen leben Hirsche, es gibt Hühner, Bienen, Katzen und einen Fischteich.

Ein charmantes Landhaus mitten in der Natur im Waldviertel mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf das Yspertal und Sonnenaufgang am Balkon. Im großen eingezäunten Garten mit Wald haben auch Hunde viel Spaß und Platz. 200m entfernt vom Haus befindet sich der Puschacherteich, ideal zum baden und fischen. Wer die Natur liebt findet in der Umgebung schöne Wander und Fahrradwege, zbsp Ysperklamm oder auf den Ostrong. Guter Ausgangspunkt nach Maria Taferl, Melk oder in die Wachau, alles ca 25min.

Surrounded by 2 hectares of meadow, 1 hectare of forest, a place for retreat, for family vacations, for "Simply being in Hollenstein". Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag bike path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house when the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Your parking space is right in front of the house. You will stay on the first floor of the 2-family house. Cozy vacation home on the Ybbs for 3 people – ideal for nature lovers! The charming cottage in a cul-de-sac offers a sauna and a hot tub for relaxation. The river access is a short distance away and is slightly impassable, but ideal for stand-up paddling and swimming. A small, completely fenced garden also makes the house ideal for guests with dogs. Arrival is possible both by public transport and in only 1 h 15 min by car from Vienna

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation in the garden city in Puchenau. The Danube and the Danube beaches are only a few 100 meters away, the car parks almost right outside the front door, but the whole settlement to the Danube is then car-free, so you can walk, cycle, hike as your heart desires. One of Austria's most famous architects (Roland Rainer) designed the garden city - the quality of life here is great.

Small house at the foot of the Ginselberg with views of a large pasture surrounded by forests. The accommodation has its own terrace with wonderful views of nature. The building is divided into 2 floors. On the first floor there is a small anteroom, from which you go into the living room, further into the kitchen, the bathroom and a toilet. The two bedrooms and a gallery are located on the upper floor.
