Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

My husband and I stayed at Tiko's lovely place when we came to Phoenix for a graduation at ASU. Wonderful location, very nice building, very quiet and clean. We'll be back. :)

Ideal location near the Biltmore shopping, perfect for a quick visit to see my daughter in college!

We had a great stay at Kathy’s place. Great place for a family as it was my husband and two children that stayed the night. Decorated so cute and the beds were super comfortable. Kathy was very responsive with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful property in an easy to commute part of town. The gate procedure was easy to do and added a feeling of safety while on the property. The condo was very comfortable and is spacious. It was a great place for our long weekend trip. It would be easy to stay in the condo for a longer term too. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, and well maintained. And there is an easy cut through to walk to the Safeway and local stores in the strip mall. I highly recommend this property!

This Airbnb was an absolute dream and our best travel experience, all thanks to Kiera, our incredible host. Arriving in Phoenix to welcome our twins via surrogacy, we were already overwhelmed, but Kiera immediately put us at ease. She greeted us with thoughtful baby gifts and a heartfelt card. Her instant replies to our simple questions made navigating the area effortless, a huge help when stress levels were at an all-time high. The place itself was immaculate – even my incredibly picky husband was impressed! It was far more spacious than the pictures suggested and fully stocked with everything imaginable. The building was quiet and safe, and we barely saw anyone else using the fantastic amenities like the pool and well-equipped gym. Plus, coffee shops and restaurants were a short, pleasant walk away, with cheap Uber rides to anywhere else we wanted to go. Kiera's genuine kindness and proactive efforts made a potentially stressful time incredibly special and truly unforgettable!!

We stayed in this place for about a week as a resting point during our roadtrip. It was super peaceful and clean. It had a very comfortable and welcoming feel and was a perfect place to relax in a great location in Scottsdale. It’s walking distance to a market and coffee and also very close to old town Scottsdale. Jennifer was easy to communicate with and was very flexible. Highly recommended.

Dana welcomed us with a basket of snacks! Her instruction binder was very clear- the furniture was clean but the couch was a soft- maybe because a hideaway bed? I loved the bed! Plenty of towels/ games furniture outside. The pool was as pictured- early rise needed to get a chair during peak season- April. Close to supermarket, Old Scottsdale and shopping. Some restaurants across the street. Enjoyed our stay!

Really enjoyed our stay it was spur of the moment they corresponded with us well, the place was clean had everything we needed They went above and beyond even for the little things that they think people might want. Would stay again. :)

Beautiful condo! We loved having 2 king bedrooms- each having their own bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The covered patio area was great to enjoy our coffee in the morning and the pool area was relaxing and quiet. It was just a short walk to the shops and restaurants in Old Town. A big plus was the Sprouts grocery store across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

Don's place was so nice! Extremely clean and when he says the kitchen is well stocked, he is not kidding! There is everything that you need to make a meal. The beds are so comfortable and I loved the pillows. The hall closet has all you need for the pool, golf and playing games. Don was so easy to work with and responded so quickly. The area is very quiet and peace and just a short trip to the airport. The pool area is peaceful and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again, you will not be disappointed!

Perfect unit/amenities in a very walkable area- just as described. Really enjoyed that the kitchen had everything needed to cook. Great communication from Aaron with easy checkin/out.

my three week stay in Scottsdale was excellent. The condo, although the building is on the older side, was very modern and clean and well decorated. Excellent communication from George prior to check-in and prior to checkout. The location is excellent and walking distance, to many things on the edge of old town.The place is modern and the kitchen has everything I needed. Might want to Go in with a can of touchup paint to clean up some minor minor things here and there but overall, it was a fantastic day. Thank you! PS also great for my small dog.

quiet and comfortable in a good area

We really enjoyed our stay at your house this past week while visiting our son and his family, who live nearby. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, and the home was perfect—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We enjoyed the good-sized kitchen and large dining room table. We also appreciated the large yard and the fun mini golf course. Brandi was a wonderful host—responsive and made sure everything was just right. We’d happily stay here again next time we’re in town!

We chose their home for 7 of us to stay while our company we was exhibiting at a tradeshow at the Phoenix Conv Ctr. The home was beautiful, just as pictured and described. We’d absolutely come back again!

10/10 experience! Excellent home. No bait and switch here. The listing was exactly as described in pictures and words. In fact, it was even better seeing it in person. Our host Kristie was extremely accommodating. Kristie went above and beyond in her generosity and thoughtfulness. She allowed a small gathering to celebrate a college graduation and a birthday. I wanted for nothing while in the home. So many personal touches from a handwritten birthday card to me and another for my son who graduated, to kitchen equipment, phone chargers and doggie treats. The house is immaculate. The furniture inside and outside the home was extremely comfortable. The outdoor pool/patio/yard was also well equipped which allowed us to not be confined to just indoor activities. There was something for everyone. Kristie was easy to communicate with and was prompt in responding. I would highly recommend this home and I WILL be booking this home again. Host Kristie for the win!

Michelle’s home was very clean, comfortable and cozy. There was enough space for my family of 6, we enjoyed the game room, the pool, hot tub and outdoor area for relaxing and cornhole. The beds were very comfortable after a long day of travel and the neighborhood was friendly. We will definitely keep this place in mind when we travel again.

**5 stars – Great Stay in Phoenix!** I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Phoenix! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stylishly decorated. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to great restaurants, hiking trails, and local attractions. Jayde was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear check-in instructions. The bed was super comfy, the AC worked great (a must in Phoenix!), and having a well-stocked kitchen made the stay even more convenient. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in town. Highly recommended!

Absolutely loved this place. Host was super kind and helpful. we had a hard time finding the place but that could of been us or the instructions. Not sure. really enjoyed the condo and it's amenities. loved the shower.

My friends and I stayed here for a few nights for a wedding! We had a great time here enjoying all of the ammenties, like the hot tub, heated pool, weights, and putting green. The house was very clean and Martijn was a responsive host for all our communication. Thanks!

Our stay at this house was absolutely fantastic! It was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped. The bathroom was also very well-stocked with plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body lotion. In the living room, we enjoyed having access to various streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and Peacock, and there was a great selection of board games available. We truly loved our stay here and felt so comfortable in this wonderful house. It had everything we could have asked for and more. Leaving was hard! We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything!
