Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Arcadia, Phoenix

Described well. Feels like a well treated home. Plenty of kitchen utensils and essentials. Keurig set with water, pods and sugar alternatives set out, and plenty of small touches made this a great experience. Beds soft, master bed softest. Multiple hair dryers. Candles around the home to add to spa like atmosphere. Lighters, tape, flashlights, first aid, all great things kept in this home. A few pool float choices. Plenty of seating/lounging options (brown loungers no longer present). Outdoor TV area is nice and covered during wet nights. Careful sharp plants around pool area (pulled some towel threads that got caught). Host guidebook well laid out. Covered car parking space was helpful. Check out instructions not overwhelming. Wish checkout was a little later naturally to get more time to enjoy, but it's a big property I'm sure it takes a lot of time to get it sparkling the way we found it upon arrival. Oh and pool was clean great temp. No unexpected visitors during our stay was good.

This is our third time staying at Jayme's house. We love it! We are always disappointed when it's booked and we are forced to stay somewhere else. Jayme's house definitely feels like a home away from home for us. I love the neighborhood and the general area. The house is well equipped and Jayme takes great care to address anything that needs to be updated. We only ever use the primary bedroom but there is plenty of room for a family or larger group. I love the backyard. it's comfortable, full of beautiful birds and our dog has a safe space with real grass. Thanks again, Jayme!

Bethany was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. The cruiser bikes were perfect! The 4th bedroom is slightly less private than the others (has a barn door but it’s a room that connects the kitchen and the laundry room) and its overhead light was missing a cover, but the bed is still comfortable. It was a PERFECT house for our stay (4 adults meeting for a friends getaway)! Easy to bike (6-8 mins) or walk (20-15 mins) to coffee shops and restaurants along the canals. Highly recommend!

Great place for me and my girlfriends! We had a great time. We all had our own space and loved the backyard . we spent the whole day Saturday by the pool.

Copper House was fantastic for our group. Has pretty much everything you would need and grocery store is 1 minute away if there’s something you need. Pool was great. Beds were very comfortable. Easy checkout w/o many asks of the guests. Would absolutely rent again.

We found Matthew's place very last minute on our last night in Phoenix. He was very responsive and was able to accommodate us, we enjoyed every unique aspect and be able to spread out and relax after a long & busy week. It was a wonderful end to our stay!

We stayed at Sam’s place for a few days in June and will definitely be back if we are in the area again. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated and Sam was very helpful and responsive. 10/10 would recommend!

We truly loved staying here for the week. The location was unmatched, nestled between old town Scottsdale and the Biltmore areas in beautiful Arcadia. The condo was beautifully renovated, the little touches like makeup towels and toiletries were so appreciated, and the neighborhood was beautiful and safe and quiet. Would absolutely book here again for our next visit to Phoenix!!

We only stayed one night, but this was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed at! It was so clean and nicely decorated inside. It had everything we needed and more! It was within a small distance of lots of things to do. This is truly a very thought out and detailed Airbnb! I would recommend this place to anyone!

My family and I recently visited for a getaway and had an incredible experience at this Airbnb in the Arcadia area. The home was perfect— clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which provided the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. The location couldn’t have been better, with easy access to some of our favorite spots. We loved dining at Buck & Rider for fantastic seafood and enjoying the vibrant bar scene at 36 Below. We also discovered some new favorites—Trevor’s served up amazing pizza, and Lola’s Coffee offered a delicious breakfast and excellent coffee. Beyond the home itself, the neighborhood was charming, with a picturesque mix of beautifully renovated mid-century modern homes and stylish new builds. It created such a welcoming and visually appealing atmosphere. Our host, Raul, was exceptional—attentive, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will certainly be booking again for our next Phoenix trip!

Special gem. Nostalgia alley and extra special little details that made this place so rememberable. Smelled great, soft bed and the bathroom shower was amazing. The host was superb. I’d stay here again. And very close to Glaii Baan.

We had such a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. She was an incredible host. Even when we arrived earlier than expected to Scottsdale, she was super flexible with us. Luis was also awesome to meet. When our flight was unexpectedly delayed on our final day, Jaclyn worked with us to be able to check-out later. Such a life saver! Thank you!! The place was so comfy and exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration. We particularly enjoyed how comfy the couches and bed was. The location was always really good. We walked to the mall a couple of times. We highly recommend Jaclyn’s place and would love to stay again next time we’re in Scottsdale.

We had an amazing month at Leila’s place! Walkable neighborhood and central location for shopping and restaurants. Leila was great at responding quickly to any questions we had. Including recommendations for restaurants. We were even able to extend our stay for a few more days! Would definitely recommend!!!! The pool was a great addition!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this pretty property . It had everything we needed and was in a very convenient location… The decor is very Arizona, warm and welcoming. The hosts were wonderful and were available at a moments notice and checked on us periodically to make sure we were the happiest we could be! I can't wait to stay again!!!

I honestly thought the spot was a deal for the price. The host was very accommodating! My daughter and I had a blast. Highly recommend!

The house is so cute and cozy with GIANT backyard. Kevin stocked the house with every necessity along with snacks and drinks. He has a huge binder of things to do and eat in the area and is super helpful for those visiting in. Will definitely be staying here again!

I stayed for over a month at Jack's home, and it was an excellent experience, very clean and just as advertised with all necessary amenities. A very convenient location for shopping and restaurants while still being off the busiest of streets for a bit of privacy. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to stay there again if I were in the Phoenix area.

My group of 4 guests stayed here during the week of WM Open and we had a great time. It was close to the airport, golf courses, and Old Town. The neighbors are friendly and there’s a golf course just across the street with a driving range - so we even snuck in 9 holes before our early afternoon flight home. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication was fast and we were even greeted with some cool gifts upon check in. Would definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Scottsdale - thanks for hosting us!

Sarah’s home is beautiful. The decor was on point and everything was squeaky clean. The neighborhood was also private and the location was perfect for our visit.

OMG—can I live here please?! This is hands-down one of my favorite Airbnbs ever. The use of the space was absolutely perfect, the bed was ridiculously comfortable, and everything was sparkling clean. My pups and I LOVED the backyard—it was gorgeous (serious casita goals). The location was amazing too; I spent so much time exploring Old Scottsdale. And the hosts were incredible—so kind, thoughtful, and responsive. Truly a gem. I didn’t want to leave!

I booked this property for my graduation at GCU. First time in Phoenix. The location of this house was great to get to the airport, the university and couple of parks for pictures. The house is beautiful, lots of space and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! The place felt like a hotel. Very clean and modern. It’s in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. And is close to great restaurants and Fashion Square mall. Jackie and her team were always very responsive and helpful to any questions we had!
