Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Archamps

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Carine et son mari ont été incroyables. des hôtes vraiment parfaits, attentifs, gentils et drôles. très arrangeants. merci à eux. nous avons passé un super week-end. le logement était parfait, propre, rangé, fonctionnel. tout est neuf. vraiment c'était un week-end très agréable. je recommande ce lieu à 1000% sans aucune hésitation. à côté d'un lac artificiel avec jardin fait par des bénévoles. proche d'Annecy. un régal. tout parfait

Séjour trop court, nous reviendrons ! Tout est fidèle à la description. Tout est pensé pour le bonheur des grands comme des petits. Merci pour votre flexibilité et réactivité. Tout était parfait!

Wir kamen rein und haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt! Die nette Einrichtung, der schöne Innenhof und der tolle Pool haben uns verzaubert. Die Ausstattung ist absolut ausreichend und alle wichtigen Geräte sind vorhanden. Besonders cool ist der Grill, den man sogar an regnerischen Tagen unter dem überdachten Bereich des Hofes nutzen kann. Man kann sich rundum wohlfühlen und toll entspannen in der wunderschönen Unterkunft. In der Umgebung kann man vielen verschiedene Aktivitäten nachgehen und die tolle Natur genießen. Auch Abendspaziergänge kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Ein absolut gelungener Urlaub! We really enjoyed staying at Delphines house. We stayed a family of five: our two oldest kids in the lower floor of the house, and the youngest with us parents in the upper floor. Both lower and upper floor has a toilet, which works well. The lower floor is nicely cool in the summer warmth. From the porch there's a breathtaking view of the mountains. There's a nice mix of sun and shade, and it's a great place to spend the afternoon after having been out and about. The house itself is quite special too: it's decorated very tastefully and consistently. The curtains, faucets, carpets, pottery, lighting, bedding and other decor all come together very nicely. We felt right at home, and it gave a nice sense of calm. Delphine was very proactive and responsive in her communication.

Petit bijou dans un cadre magnifique. Je recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent un séjour au calme à la montagne.

We had a wonderful stay at this central located apartment in Annecy. You get everything you want if you just step out of the door. It is spotless clean, very well equipped and cozy. Estelle is a very attentive host reacting quickly. Highest recommendation !

Catherine’s hospitality and level of care in organising the apartment was second to none and truly one of my favourite stays in Annecy, this being the third time I have stayed. Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Any questions I have had she has answered thoroughly and promptly. Highly recommended!

Nous avons séjourné dans l’appartement proposé à L’Etage du gîte, parfaitement rénové avec des matériaux de qualité et une décoration très soignée. Le logement est très propre, très confortable et offre un calme absolu et une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Les hôtes sont au petits soins, donnant des instructions précieuses et des recommandations agréables afin de profiter des bonnes adresses aux alentours. Nous séjournerons à nouveau avec plaisir à Lathuile.

We had a great stay at Francois’s! He kindly greeted us at our convenience to help with check in and show us around the apartment and providing some info on the location (even helped with our luggage!). The place was clean and full of fun items to explore. Location was perfect!

Staying at Maxine's place in the middle of Lavaux was great! The views over the lake with the mountains behind was wonderful. Read well in advance which appartment is rented. It matters when you retrieve the key from the Lockbox. Very spacious appartment. We stayed with 6 adults and 1 baby, but more than enough space for all of us.

Nous étions 4 adultes. Notre hôte nous a reçus avec toute sa gentillesse et tout était prévu, même le café et le savon de douche. Beau jardin au sud. Bonne literie (3x lit double) et lits faits à l’arrivée. Seul bémol: les cloisons entre chambres sont assez minces et on entend ronfler les voisins. William est un hôte à recommander et nous y reviendrons.

Le séjour était très agréable. Le lieu est calme et paisible. Le décoration de l habitation est très jolies. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

Très beau logement situé sur les hauteurs de Belley. La vue est magnifique et le logement est très spacieux propre et disose de tous les équipements nécessaires au déroulement du sejour Mention spéciale à la piscine en hauteur qui permet d'admirer la vue!

Le séjour dans la maison de Karine à Challex s’est très bien passé. Sa maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et équipée de tout le nécessaire. Une vue superbe sur la chaîne des Alpes y compris depuis la piscine. Karine est une personne facilement joignable et elle a su être compréhensive lors d’un petit dégât matériel (poignée du frigidaire abîmée) que nous nous sommes proposé de rembourser. Je recommande donc cette maison !

Super accueil et très jolie maison. Aurélie est très réactive et arrangeante. La maison est Très propre et bien aménagée. Le jardin très agréable même si proximité avec la route passante. On recommande et on y reviendra si nous repassons dans la région !

Wonderful house that is well equipped and decorated. Very accommodating and responded quickly to all inquiries. Incredible location and view
