Small corner of paradise in the countryside in the smallest commune of Vienne (86) LAUTHIERS. At the end of 2023, we completely restored an old barn into 2 studios (touching) that can accommodate up to 6 people. The 1st includes a bay window, 1 living area with TV, 1 fully equipped kitchen area, 1 sitting area with 1 double bed, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet. the 2nd serves as a dormitory with 4 single beds and 1 bathroom with shower, 1 vanity unit, 1 toilet.

Alliant charme de l'ancien et confort moderne, venez profiter du calme de la nature et découvrez un petit bout du patrimoine local avec les troglos au fond du jardin, que nous serons heureux de vous faire découvrir à votre arrivée ! The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.
