Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Ottsjö, Årefjällen - with magnificent views!

Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Rent my newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season). In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Electricity is available for heating, cooking and lighting. Water from the mountain basin is in a faucet outside the cabin. A wonderful place to just relax and enjoy the simplicity, or a base to explore the area around the famous bird lake Ånnsjön in the east or Storulvån's mountain station and all the classic mountains in the west.

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
