This cozy cottage for 8 people is located in the beautiful village of Ottsjö in Åre. The cottage is only about 150 meters from the lake and has a wonderful view of mountains and lake. There is a large terrace where it is sunny all day. In Ottsjö, you can go fishing, hiking, swimming, etc. during the summer. In winter, there is fantastic skiing, sled dogs. Ligger vid fridfulla helgesjön öster om Åreskutans sluttningar. Utsikt mot sjö och fjäll. Fint fiske både från båt som finns tillgänglig och från bryggan om man har tur. Kristallklart vatten i sjön som svalkar skönt på sommaren. Inom 25 minuter med bil når man Åres puls med restauranger eller fjällturer. Tillgång till kajaker

Herbret och bastun är en rekreationsupplevelse! Herbret ligger 80m från Åresjön, 10 m från sjön står bastun, 200m ligger skidbacken vm8. Bussstation 200 m som tar dig till bykärnan. Annars går det bra att gå ca 1,3 km, ca 20 min promenad. Skiduthyrning SkiStar ca 500m. Ingår INTE lakan. Två 90 cm sängar. Bra att veta! Tåg rälsen ligger nära, ljud av tåg några gånger per dag/kvällar. Under din vistelsen kan bastun hyras ut till grupper av värden Fia, hon kommer kommunicera det med gästen.
