Cozy and modern apartment with a cottage feel

Rent my newly built (Nov 2022) and well-planned 4-room apartment with sauna in a peaceful environment. High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season). A fantastic nice apartment with ski-in ski-out in central Åre Björnen. 3 nice bedrooms, sauna, magical views of Renfjället and Åresjön. Large living room with TV and music system, lovely dining area with nice view. Ski bus outside the door, grocery store, ski rental and restaurants 200 m. Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linens are not included, but can be booked. Self check-in and check-out with digital keypad lock. A 25-year age limit applies.

Welcome to Tegefjäll Enbäret Panorama! The apartment is located high up with a magnificent view from the terrace over Åreskutan. It is ski-in ski-out and a nice and cozy newly-built apartment (completed in 2016) with everything you may need. Both Tegefjäll's and Duved's lift systems (they are connected) are just outside the door. When you stay with us, you also have the opportunity to rent our Fjällpulken, mountain backpacks, tents and more. Just ask and we'll arrange it. The snow racer and the sleds are free to borrow:)
