Nice hiking terrain behind the house with a road down to Helgesjön (2 km) and a snowmobile trail to Fröå mine (8 km).

There is a shower and toilet. Take out and dispose of garbage, trash can can be found in the driveway, recycling can be found on the other side of E14 before the cross-country tracks. Max the mountain trip in our cozy cottage, right next to Duved's lovely ski system. Here you avoid the congestion inside Åre! A short walk will take you to the ski slopes; home you ski all the way – Ski-In. If you want to go in Åre/Björnen, there is a bus/ski bus stop 1 minute away. If you visit us in the summer, there are several hiking trails and fishing opportunities nearby. Duveds Restaurants is only a 5-10 minute walk away.
