Apartment of about 35 sqm with sleeping loft. Bunk bed on the bottom and 140 cm double bed on the sleeping loft. The price includes bed linens and towels. Kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. DURING THE WINTER SEASON, AGE LIMIT IS AT LEAST 25 YEARS (or in the company of a guardian) Private entrance and patio. Very centrally located in the middle of the village, walking distance to everything. Suitable for two adults and two children or up to THREE ADULTS. The apartment is part of a private house with residents and therefore quiet after 10 pm is a requirement. No parties!!

Large living room with fireplace. Ceiling height about 290 cm gives good space. Nice panoramic view of Skutan and Årealen. Balcony. When the snow has settled Ski-in / Ski-out via the ski path to Björnlift valley station, again via Järvenliften. In the summer, there are extended cycling routes in Björnen, a climbing park, a pump track, zip lines, etc., in the Åre area. Final cleaning is included.

High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Cozy apartment of 30 sqm right by the VM8, the lift that opens first in the morning and connects the entire ski area. Great location in Åre, close to everything. In the summer season, it is a rolling distance to the lift and really good pump track! Different floor plan with, among other things, a double (triple) bed of 270 cm. Fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Before you start the day, you can conveniently slip down to the bakery Grädda 200 meters away and buy something freshly baked. No tenants under 23 years of age.

Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linens are not included, but can be booked. Åre Stay - Nice apartment in Central Åre

Nice, fresh apartment located at Åre square with proximity to everything. South-facing balcony. 75 meters to Ica, 150 meters to the train station. Minimum age for renting is 18 years. Children are, of course, welcome in the company of adults. Close to wonderful Årestrand where you can experience what it is like to swim in fresh mountain water. All the lovely hiking trails and ski slopes are also nearby. Christmas, New Year, sports holidays and Easter weeks are only rented out for full weeks.
