Apartamento muy coqueto y comod, tal cual se muestra en las fotografías, muy limpio, bien cuidado y con todo lo necesario para una estancia como en casa: cafetera, tostador, menaje, aíre acondicionado, calefacción, secador, plancha... Además a unos 2/3 minutos de la parada del metro. Los anfitriones muy atentos responden enseguida. MUY RECOMENDABLE! 🙂

Sergio's apartment was fabulous....we would describe it as a junior studio...the bedroom is not separated by a closed door but far enough away from the living room area to afford privacy...with the doors and windows closed, the apartment was very quiet for sleeping. The double bed was very comfortable...not too firm and not soft!! The neighborhood was lively...great restaurants all up and down the street...great walking area...in fact, we walked all over the city!! We would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking to enjoy what the center city of Madrid has to offer...always felt very safe...even walking home at 2 am! My wife and I stayed for two weeks and it was an extremely enjoyable experience. The late check-in was a little inconvenient only because of how early our flight arrived. But our host was extremely accommodating and worked to make sure we could leave our luggage early, and ultimately worked with the cleaning service to get us into the apartment a couple hours earlier than anticipated. The apartment itself is extremely convenient with lots of amenities within short walking distance including the Metro. Overall, we would absolutely stay there again on our next visit to Madrid!

Carlos is a great host, very responsive. The finishes in the apartment are top notch, the bed is comfy. The location can't be beat. It was well designed and fit my needs for a long stay while working remotely.

Departamento de lujo, buena ubicación para ir caminando a todos lados, zona con supermercado abajo, restaurantes cerca y locales comerciales. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Maria met us and welcomed us to her apartment. Maria was thoughtful from the moment we booked. The apartment is in a fantastic location for site seeing. We enjoyed morning and afternoon walks around the area, and enjoyed the apartment during the day when it was hot. The apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony. We recommend staying at Maria's place

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Location ideal. Walk to just about all areas in Madrid in a short time. Two subway stations nearby, if desired. The apartment has everything Gigi described. The terrace is very large, well-furnished, and faces west. Therefore, the sun shines on it from mid-late morning to the early evening. There is a large awning that unfold automatically for shade, if needed. In addition, if you look down, it is a very restaurant, store and pedestrian area, but the terrace is so high up that you can enjoy your time outside eating or reading with virtually no noise from below. Many people enjoy going to restaurants with rooftop dining and drinking. This terrance is comparable to those rooftop restaurants! Our host, Gigi, was simply amazing. She actually owns the apartment and cares for it as if she lives in it. She was incredibly responsive to all inquiries before and during our rental. On a scale of 10, I would score her 100--just superlative. Great hot water for showers, too

After a couple weeks staying in uncomfortable spaces in Spain, Ana's apartment was an incredibly welcome surprise. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, everything worked, and the bathroom deserves its own 5-star review. Ana was the perfect host - she waited patiently for me at the apartment after my train arrived late, she gave me great tips for navigating the city, and she communicated clearly throughout. The location is also ideal for someone looking to explore Madrid. It's just outside the chaos of the city center but close enough where everything is in walking distance. Bonus points for being less than a 5-minute walk from El Retiro, the city's massive park. I couldn't recommend this apartment more. Next time I'm in Madrid, I'll definitely be looking for this place.

We had a great stay here in Madrid. Location is perfect in walking distance of all local attractions but metro stop is also very close by. Lovely apartment, very clean and quiet. Would stay here again! ☺️

Madrid was our favorite city we visited in Spain and Mar's apartment was our favorite of the three we stayed in on our trip. There is not one negative thing to say about the apartment, her responsiveness and the location. We had such a great time! And we would definitely check availability for this apartment should we find ourselves back in Madrid.

En pleno Lavapiés, pero a la vez muy tranquilo y cómodo. Muy bien situado. El piso muy limpio y cómodo. Todo nuevo. Recomendable para una pareja.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Victor. C’est Carlos qui nous a reçu, et avec qui nous avons échangé. Il était très réactif, serviable et disponible pour la moindre chose. Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter Madrid. Métro à proximité, et ligne qui dessert très facilement le centre. Le logement était impeccable à notre arrivée, et très beau. Merci beaucoup et on recommande. ☺️

Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

Notre séjour dans l’appartement s’est très bien passé ! L’appartement est bien équipé, en demi sous sol ce qui permet de garder une certaine fraîcheur ! La literie est confortable et la salle de bain top (mention spéciale au jacuzzi après de longues balades !) La mini terrasse est appréciable ! Le quartier est calme tout en disposant de tout à quelques pas : supermarché, petits commerces, multiples d’arrêt de bus (la meilleure façon de se déplacer depuis l’appartement pour les sites plus touristiques !)

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.
