This apartment is a gem, just a two-minute walk from the beach. The house is just like the photos and was pristine. You also have a garage space, but I didn't use it because during our stay I could always park at the door of the apartment. The terrace is huge and with the awning you can always eat and dine outside. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for any stay. 100% sure we'll be back.

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Alexandra has very good communication and informed us very well, even during the stay she asks us if we lack anything. The apartment is clean and conveniently located. A balcony with a nice view is nice for the evening, too hot during the day in June. Everything is next door and the sea is a 5-10 min walk. Everything you need as amenities both in the kitchen and to go to the beach is there for a nice stay. The building is huge but very clean and quiet, as from everywhere in alicante in the copopriete swimming pool, tennis court, private playground. i highly recommend this rental. For our part, no regrets and we will come back if the opportunity presents.

We felt right at home in Tomas' apartment! The residential development is wonderful and the location is great for walking down to the beach, we were very grateful not to have to use the car every day. The patio is a perfect size and because of the orientation it is not too sunny and there is a very good breeze. You know the place is right when you miss something from home! We had a great time and we'll definitely be back. Tomas was attentive to us, trying to make things easy. He was flexible with both check-in and check-out. The days we spent there were wonderful! Very pleasant stay, the place is very nice and quiet. Perfect for those who want to relax for a few days without the hustle and bustle of being in the center of a city. I would recommend it 200%! Both Masha and Mar were very helpful and flexible before and during the stay. We were a group of 5 people and we were really looking forward to coming back.

Beautiful surroundings. Close to the beach. The stay is nice and cozy. And quiet street, plus point is that there was always parking space in front of the door. The host responds quickly to questions, and is friendly. highly recommended.

We felt like home. An intimate home,very clean equipped with the right thing to do. We did not miss anything. To the most beautiful beach we did on foot 4 min. We had a great holiday staying at the apartment. It was very homely. The terrace was a real added bonus in the heat . It was well kitted out too with toys and beach towels. Marisa was very helpful with recommendations.

lovely stay at this villa which comfortably took 6 of us. nice private pool and the BBQ is excellent. a walk to the high street and good supermarkets. Not for the airbnb but for others booking... taxis are quite difficult to get at short notice and there is no public transport

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

We were in Alicante for 5 days and felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It was also very good that we were able to drop off our luggage in the apartment at 11 a.m. and thus could walk directly to the beach in 5 minutes without luggage. The apartment is clean and tidy. The highlight is the beautiful roof terrace from which you have a view of the sea and in the evening, when it is not so hot, you can still have a drink.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely-new building and immaculate. All you need inside and nice quiet location. Great underground garage parking for my camper van (2.1m height) and bikes although plenty of safe parking just outside. Great location, on the sea front with views of walking area and sea. Just a 5 or so minute walk to the lovely beach surrounded by nice restaurants. Hope to be back soon. Thanks.

One of the most beautiful Airbnbs I've been to so far. The location is a bit outside the city center (lines 5, 4 and L21 stop near the accommodation) but directly on the long San Juan beach. You can also lie down there and rent umbrellas. Alternatively, there is a parasol for the beach in the accommodation. I found the San Juan beach more beautiful and not quite as crowded as the beach in the city center. Approximately 30 minutes by train/bus to Pouerta del mar in the city center. The accommodation was clean and well equipped, e.g. also with salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Tetyana was super friendly and quick to reach if you had any questions. She even got me insect spray and brought it over because the supermarket was closed on Sundays. The supermarket is very close to the accommodation and the beach is about 10 minutes' walk away. If you want to relax a lot on the beach, this is the perfect accommodation. Thanks for the stay 🙂

Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this Airbnb. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The house was close to lidl and mc Donalds. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful local recommendations.

I stayed here for a couple of months. It's a beautiful apartment in a stunning and peaceful setting. The apartment is really spacious and very well equipped with a wonderful terrace and stunning views out over the sea. There is a great little shop next door. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from the tram into El Campello/Luceros/Benidorm. And just a minute further to the bars/restaurants and the cove with its secluded little beach. Great host who was super helpful and responsive.

Great place, beautiful location; there are other guests on the property but not a problem. Host was very helpful and kind and you got all you needed in the place. Thanks for all!
