Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arenals del Sol

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We loved this property, the location was great, so close to the beach and the lift to the castle and the centre of the old town was just a few minutes walk. The property was extremely comfortable and very well equipped. It felt very homely. There was a great little cafe right next door for breakfast. Mabel was a great host, she answered all our questions prior to arrival and gave us a warm welcome on arrival. We would use this property again.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

We had a great time and a truly wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing—extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though we arrived very late (around 2 a.m.), she greeted us with a big smile and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a shopping mall, and only about 10–15 minutes to the city center, with all its restaurants and cafés. Since we enjoy walking and are in good shape, it was perfect for us. The place itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

The perfect location for our holiday, a quiet area, but within easy reach of restaurants and supermarkets. The beach is a relatively short walk and although hilly, we didn’t mind this at all. The grounds and pool are beautifully maintained. Worth noting sun loungers are not provided. We were fine on the grass on towels but if bear this in mind if you are expecting them.

We really enjoyed our stay in Alicante. Florin's apartment is peaceful and full of light. The distance to the city center and the sea was perfect for us—we love walking. Communication with Florin was very pleasant. We had to change our holiday plans at the last minute, and he was incredibly helpful. We had a lovely time at the place. The beauty of the place and the little touches present at our arrival filled us. The place was clean and functional, each bedroom has its own bathroom, this is very convenient. The pool and sunny terrace adds a real plus. We highly recommend it.

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

Rosa Maria is simply enchanting! The communication was excellent – she was available around the clock and provided us with great tips. Check-in and check-out were super flexible and perfect and were tailored to our flight times. Overall, everything was really great – we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime. What an amazing apartment! It is perfectly located on the beach, and overlooks the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

Perfect for a month of May (few people and excellent climatic conditions (25/28 degrees), car essential for outings and visits. Neighborhood and parking in front of the apartment, secure with spacious pool area and 50 m from the apartment, all comforts with the owner's deckchairs. Very comfy bedding and pillows. Beautiful rooftop. Only one small downside to point out, the bottom of the shower door needs to be redone because it is damaged by corrosion, it is clean but not nice.

Nice and clean apartment. The place had what we needed for a nice stay. Nice location, short distance to both shopping and beach. The landlord did not speak English, uses a translation machine and it went well.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
