My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

I welcomed in the year 2025 with my family in front of the beach. In peace, joy and harmony, is there anything better than that? The apartment is much nicer in person, its views are spectacular, and the energy of the apartment is very nice and fluid, you can get here by bus from the Renfe Alicante terminal. The kitchen has everything for cooking. Especially SAMUEL and his father were very attentive and responsive to any mishap and situation. In conclusion, if your intention is to spend a vacation away from the noise and chaos of the capital, this is undoubtedly an excellent option. We were there in the middle of winter and the temperature was always between 18 and 20 degrees. THANK YOU SAMUEL and family for making your home available 🏡 😌✨🙏

The accommodation is exactly as in the photos, very nice with sea view, directly opposite the beach and close to the center. The city itself is beautiful and Alberto is totally sweet and helpful. Everything is great 👌👌

Everything is very good

Very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with their toilet. On the 3rd floor with beautiful sea and mountain views thanks to a very large terrace with 2 sunbeds. Large parking space. Secure residence with 3 swimming pools and 2 padle trails. Good bedding and shutters in all the rooms. Quiet Missing a coffee maker (small Italian, etc.) Few restaurants on foot, a car is recommended. Very pleasant and responsive welcome Thank you Very nice stay we will be back

Very handy for the airport. Peaceful. A few minutes drive to the local supermarkets. Has a terrace/balcony for sitting outside.

Probably the best location. Sitting on the terrace you are part of the beach, which, compared to the town beach was huge and empty. A short car/bus journey into town. Eva was very attentive and her response time is very good. I cannot recommend this more highly. I will be back.

Amazing apartment, hosts extremely attentive, helpful and everything was in the apartment that you could need. My only slight minor criticism was that two of the bedrooms were clearly children’s rooms and there were toys in the living room which may be useful for some but not us. The bathroom door is also a substitute which doesn’t lend to the overall amazing-ness of the apartment. Having said those minor points do not be discouraged from booking it. The view is totally wow and possibly the best I’ve ever had. I cannot recommend it highly enough or Begoña for her welcome and friendliness. Thank you, we’ll be back.

The stay in the apartment has been super pleasant. It is newly renovated, well cared for and with incredible taste. The sofa bed is super comfortable. The windows perfectly soundproof the noise that could come from the street and we heard nothing despite the town being in San Juan festivities. In addition, Macarena was very attentive and gave us some great recommendations for eating and breakfast. She is a super attentive host and I would definitely recommend her!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Amazing place with a great host.

the place is wonderful, really. fully stocked and with anything you could want. the panorama is superb, the area is quiet and peaceful. the beaches nearby have both chair-hires + bars, and also "self catering areas". Alicante center is about 20 minutes by car. It was perfect for us, exceeded expectations.

Calm, clean ja cozy apartment for family holiday (2 adults and 2 children)😊 + pool area with shower and sunbeds+umbrellas + good beds + excellent air-con + well equipped kitchen, dishwasher + great wi-fi + small shop and tram stop quite near Stein answered all questions quickly and everything went well, thank you.

Our 2nd time stay at pepe was excellent again. We really enjoyed the place is perfect. Everything is very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend it. The 2nd day the hairdryer broke and this was neatly resolved the same day, we immediately got a new hairdryer. There were 2 cold beers ready on arrival which was also very nice because arrived at 1:30 at night. Pepe and multiple, Thank you so much again.

An immaculate house with everything we needed being available. Well equipped, and very clean. The pool was a little cold, but only because of the time of year. Lots of bars & restaurants in Nueva plaza, and the main square, and Mil Palmeiras around a 30 minute walk away. Palmera Blue responded to all our needs, arranged an early check in. followed up mid holiday, amd even prov9ded a bottle of cava on arrival. a really enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

Everything was spectacular, a strategic location and a house with all kinds of amenities. We hope to return soon!

"This apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the seaside and public transport . The space itself was clean, comfortable and cosy. There was everything you need to have comfortable rest at the seaside. The host was communicative, friendly and helpful. Rosi gave a piece of advice where we can eat delicious and not expensive , she gave instructions how to get to her apartment, making the whole experience easier. We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is super well located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment on this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the port and the city is very appreciable. We had a great time! Thank you so much!

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
