There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Here you live in the middle of a nice hiking areas, with a lot of forest and trails right outside the door. There is also proximity to golf course and Hesnes Hartneri, as well as the Marivold swimming area. Short way to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you wake up to birds singing and no noise We have a gated garden and plenty of room. We do not want partying or youth groups.
