The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Cozy cabin with private bathing area

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.
