There is 1 parking space belonging to the apartment located on the 1st floor of the building. Small boat harbor nearby, garden on the front side of the residence. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area so consideration must be given to neighbors, partying is not allowed. There are two apartments in the house with separate entrances to each of the apartments. Wifi and electricity are included in the rent. Animals and smoking are not allowed due to allergies

Contains among other things: Bright and airy living room with good ceiling height, modern kitchen, two bedrooms, tiled bathroom and laundry room. Porch at the entrance with morning sun and on the front side with evening sun.

A place to relax in great natural surroundings. Here there is electricity, running water, shower, TV and internet. The cabin is completely secluded with its own jetty and has several nice outdoor areas. The heat pump keeps the temperature even throughout the day and the wood stove can be lit for coziness and extra heat. Ski slope at Øynaheia is not far away and you can strap on the skis at the cabin and walk towards the slopes from there. Very nice bathing opportunities with your own jetty outside the cabin. The cabin has a double bed, a single bed and 2 extra mattresses.

Lauvtjønnhytta

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence. Road all the way up. The cabin with annex is located alone in the woods by a small lake. Large terrace. Here it is completely quiet and only the sounds of nature you hear. Nice hiking and biking opportunities right outside the door. The bathing area is 10m from the cabin wall. The annex has 2 beds and a wood stove and views directly out on the water and the surrounding nature. The cabin is an old restored forest house with atmosphere. Here you just have to open the doors and nature comes into the living room.

Great apartment by the sea in Fevik (Grimstad)

A bright and modern apartment with partial sea views in a central and attractive area in Fevik in Grimstad municipality. The apartment has a terrace with sun from morning to about 4-5 PM. Free indoor parking and a private outdoor shed (all on the same level on the 1st floor). Beach, guest dock, sauna & hot tub, grocery stores, bakery, pharmacy, doctor's office, gas station and Strand Hotel with a great sandy beach, outdoor seating and restaurant within walking distance. Good bus connections & fishing opportunities right by the apartment.

Ingstad teltet - Glamping at Nidelva Adventure is idyllically located by the riverbank, with a great view of the Nidelva and the surrounding nature. Here you will have a quiet and secluded experience, even though the road is nearby. Perfect for those who want to relax in scenic surroundings. The tent has parking right next to it, which makes the arrival easy and convenient. The bathroom and toilet are shared with a nearby annex, and there is no shower on site. This has to be experienced and we have many water activities on site.

Private jetty in Lyngørsundet with 2 boat places. Trampoline, barn with lots of toys for the children, chickens. Take a romantic paddle boat or canoe in the lake, rent a motorboat and go on a discovery trip through the sea. Great fishing opportunities in the sea or in a private lake. Nice hiking terrain. Boathouse by the lake

Cozy boathouse in idyllic Tvedestrand. The boathouse/apartment is located right on the waterfront, with access to private jetty, kayaks and garden/garden furniture. The area is quiet and peaceful. Really Southern idyll. Proximity to, among other things, Lyngør. The boathouse is best suited for 2 people staying for longer periods. But it can be set up for the dining area, sofa and bed/sofa bed for 4 people if needed. Kayaks for 3 people( 1 + 2) from May-September. Kayaks are not available October-April.

Our cabin is idyllically located in the middle of Raet National Park, all for itself with spectacular views of the sea. Here you can enjoy walks, swimming areas and waves, even on stormy days. The cottage is newly renovated with a Sigdal kitchen, new porch, awning, Weber grill, fire pan, and outdoor fireplace. Sleeping space for 6.
