There is a large porch with barbecue, around the swimming pool 3.5 cm, sofa, chairs and tables, as well as the outdoor living room which is perfect for evening fun. Two double beds, as well as a bed of 75 cm, two are 120 cm. Accommodates 7 people.

If you walk through the lush garden portal, you come to an outdoor area that offers both a swimming pool, outdoor shower and well with seating. In the outdoor kitchen, you can prepare delicious dinners that you can enjoy over the summer evenings. If it gets chilly, you can pull into the garden room with heat lamps and enjoy the rest of the night.

For the active, there is a huge trail network in for recreation and training in forests and terrain, close to football field, skate park, climbing park, volleyball court and school of 500 meters radius. 50 minutes by car to Kristiansand Dyrepark. Huset som er fra 1700 tallet ligger fredfullt og harmonisk plassert, kloss på byens havn, torv og gågater. Huset har tre soverom, alminnelig pent interiør, varmekabler, moderne bad og peis i tillegg til en svært idyllisk liten hage. Havna har alle fasiliteter: servering, badestrand, oppvarmet basseng og båtplasser. Familiens robåt (fjerding) kan leies ut etter nærmere avtale.

Feriehus på Tromøya

Slapp av sammen med hele familien på dette fredelige bostedet. God plass for lek og aktiviteter. Nærhet til sjø og badeplasser. Arendal har mange severdigheter. Verdt et besøk. Badebasseng ved huset. Mulighet for båtleie, stor eller liten. Kort vei til by og golfbaner og Dyreparken i Kristiansand tar en liten time med bil. Mange fasiliteter på øya. Sykkelturer, gåturer. Fiske, bading mm. Mange fine plasser i nærheten som kan utforskes. Eller bare ha det fredelig ved huset.

Nyt late sommerdager ved sjøen i Grimstad

Dere bor i en romslig leilighet med 2 soverom. Resterende del av huset benyttes ikke sommerstid. Anneks med poolbar samt utestue under tak på ca 30 kvm. Et ferietips er å starte dagen med å padle en tur i skjærgården og se dagen våkne til liv. Deretter ta et friskt morgenbad i sjøen eller i bassenget og deretter nyte en velfortjent frokost, gjerne ved bassenget som ligger badet i sol. Annekset er ikke omsøkt som soverom. Rømningskrav og brannvarsligskrav er oppfylt.

Sjarmerende leilighet til leie i en rolig og vakker oase i hjertet av Grimstad. Leiligheten har åpen kjøkkenløsning, en sovealkove med dobbeltseng og en dobbel sovesofa i stuen. Tilgang til privat innendørs svømmebasseng. Parkering i parkeringshus tvers over gaten. Leiligheten har vært utleid tidligere gjennom annen bruker på Airbnb. Anmeldelsene kunne dessverre ikke følge med flytting til ny bruker, og er derfor lagt ut under "Husmanual", til info.

Frolandia( water park) is 2 minutes by car away. Swimming possibility 5 min walk in the river. 45 min to the zoo in Kristiansand. Here you can enjoy cold days inside by the fireplace or nice days out on a sunny and lush plot.

Lovely big, quiet property with a nice house and pool on Tromøy. Tromøy is an island on the south coast of Norway, also called the Palm Coast, close to Arendal. It is 5 min drive to the Hove area with a nice beach and lots of festivals and other cultural activities. Perfect for outdoor activities like climbing, cycling, hiking, football, etc.

Lei vår komfortable 30 fots båt under Arendalsuka! Båten ligger på Langbrygga i Arendal sentrum, med landstrøm og umiddelbar nærhet til alle arrangementer. To doble soveplasser (stikkabin + forut), sengetøy/dyner/puter inkludert. Dusj og badebasseng i området. God sitteplass ute på dekk – perfekt base midt i byen.
