Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Arkansas River

Wow. Wow. Wow!! That’s all we can say about our stay at this home. Out of the places we have stayed at in the past in Branson, this is by far our favorite. From the moment we walked inside we were in love with the condo. It’s beautifully decorated, spotless, and cozy. With it being right on the lake, it also has the most gorgeous views, too. We loved being able to sit and have morning coffee on the balcony or just cozy up and read a book. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great and also very spacious. Our other favorite thing about the condo was its location. You are in the middle of everything! I can’t think of a better, more centrally located place in the Branson area (while still being on the lake). We cannot recommend this place enough and hope to be back soon!

This is an ideal location for anyone in town for business with Walmart. Close to all Walmart offices, the square, major attractions and restaurants. The property is new development, private, comfortable, with great WiFi reception and amenities. As someone who travels to Bentonville often, I’d highly recommend staying here to make travel more comfortable. The large kitchen, pool, gym and bikes make maintaining a healthy lifestyle so much easier while on travel. Most of all, Misty is a stellar host, friendly, professional and attentive. A great find!

Suite two was great to stay in. It looks as good if not better than the pictures. Job was very friendly and very responsive.

Beautiful condo in a great location with an amazing view. Austin is an excellent host. Look forward to staying here again.

This was a great stay! The place was much larger than I expected. It has fun and comfortable decor. Everything was clean. The location is in a nice neighborhood. We walked to downtown restaurants and shopping and also to KU campus. Would definitely stay again!

I love everything about this place *very clean *actually has free parking (follow in check in instructions) *food near by *easily accessible *near downtown *dishes were provided *kitchen available *Tv provided in both living and bedroom *bed was clean and comfy * Towels were sufficient, fluffy, and clean, *really spacious better than a hotel if you ask me❣️

It's always great to have a host who knows how to problem solve and who genuinely wants you to have a great experience. I certainly felt that here. It's a lovely place with a helpful host.

John was a great host and very responsive. The space was comfortable and the setting beautiful. We saw deer every morning at the edge of the woods and it was quiet. Be advised there is no dishwasher, so all dishes are hand washed by the previous guests. Some dishes and silver were not cleaned well, and we washed them before using, but this was a small thing. We would definitely visit John’s place again

You can't miss the wonderful view that surrounds this cozy house! Between snowy mountains, sun, rain, a jacuzzi, and a sauna we spent some wonderful, relaxing days. I highly recommend it. It has plenty of space, is clean, and Zachary responds quickly. Very good service!!

A great place for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the spa and hammock to view the stars. Lots of little extras that make this place exceptional. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! The view and access to the water was perfect! Our kids loved being able to get up and go fishing right away! The deck is so peaceful and it’s a great spot to just sit and enjoy the surroundings! The inside of the house is very cute and has everything you need! Francesco was so helpful and a great host! The drive in is a little different and the other dwellings around the house are pretty run down, but once you are there you won’t notice it at all! The area is very secluded and points towards the water.

Very picturesque and accessible location. Pleasantly surprised with the amount of small comforts including roasting sticks by the fire-pit for s’more’s and a few baking/pantry items that came in handy. Charlotte was very quick to respond and we had a lovely girls get a way! Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay ❤️

If you’re looking for an affordable, immaculate, spacious place that’s perfectly situated in country serenity, yet conveniently close to just about every creature comfort…look no further! This home is gorgeous. The pics don’t even capture how open and welcoming it truly is. The location… felt very safe, private, quiet, breathtaking farm views anytime of day but highly recommended enjoying your am coffee on the front porch. From Prairie Base, it’s hard to believe town is only about 7 mins away. My family stayed with Amanda and Travis for my daughter’s basic training graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood. Easy access to the Hwy and an easy 40 min straight shot. The hosts - Communication check in/out instructions were timely and clear. Travis even took time out to provide us with some ranching advice and education. We are highly satisfied with our stay and if life brings us back to the area, we’ll book again!

The house was beautiful. It had plenty of room for our family. It was wonderful having 2 living room spaces with TVs. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and coffee. We loved the supplies for making movie popcorn. It is a multi-level home with lots of stairs. There are decks with sitting space on multiple sides of the house. The dining room table was big enough for all of us to eat together and play games. The yard is beautiful. The driveway to the house is very steep. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

AMAZING house with beautiful views , peaceful location, and incredible house setup with hot tub, hammocks, and sauna . We loved the experience at this place and it had everything we needed to cook, comfortable beds, and plenty of room for all guests privacy. About 5-8 mins from town. We will definitely be back when visiting Buena Vista!

I made the reservation around 10 pm the night before we were heading to Branson and was worried about getting check-in info timely. About 5 min after I paid I had a text with address and door code! Super responsive and also text me the day of to let us know it was available earlier! The keypad on the door was nice so we didn't have to keep track of a key. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Shower was amazing too. Grounds were well kept and the pool closest to the condo looked nice although we didn't have time to enjoy it. It was an easy drive to SDC without all the traffic and not far from the main strip either. We'd definitely stay again.

Extremely fast responses. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to be close to stuff without the headache of traffic.

The condo was clean, up to date and worked perfectly for my family of 2 adults and 2 teens. I really like the fact that there was coffee already stocked in the kitchen with K-cup, sugar and creamers, or coffee filters if you want drip. The location is great especially if you want to avoid some of the traffic in Branson. And there is shopping center with a little grocery store, coffee shop, pizza, and really good shave ice stand.

We had a WONDERFUL stay at Benton’s place! It was our first time in Branson but definitely not our last. When we return, we will definitely try to stay here. The place looked just like the pictures! The beds were comfortable and we loved that each room had their own bathroom. His communication was outstanding and he was super quick to respond and most helpful with anything we needed. We liked that it was away from the busy part of town but also a quick 15-20 drive to where we needed to get. I have not one complaint about Benton or this property! We felt right at home!

We came to Branson for a bachelors party and absolutely loved the condo we stayed in! It was super spacious for the 13 of us and we felt right at home! There’s nothing better than watching a football game in the theater and then grilling burgers on the back deck with a view of the lake! Would totally recommend and would love to come back! Thanks a ton!!!

Scott’s place was super convenient to the basin of the mountain, can walk to restaurants and shops. The condo was more than enough room for our family of five. They had a well stocked kitchen for cooking meals in. Fresh linens and comfortable beds in each room. The kids enjoyed the game room upstairs, we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay and truly wished it could have been longer! The gated community provided a great sense of security and peace of mind, and we really enjoyed the amenities—especially the pool and pickleball courts, which quickly became our favorites. The Airbnb itself was clean, modern, and beautifully furnished with updated appliances. It was such a comfortable stay, and we had everything we needed right at our fingertips. We also appreciated the location—it was perfect being just a few miles away from all the fun and attractions in Branson, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet and relaxation. All in all, we had a wonderful time and definitely plan to come back!
