Approx. .50 from the Dogwood Golf Course, exercise facility, 400 yds. to Back 40 Trails, 15 min. to Bentonville (shops, restaurants) , Crystal Bridges and Pinnacle hills. (shops, dining and entertainment activities). We are surrounded by 6 golf courses, 7 lakes and natural beauty.

Original hay barn for the historic home, circa 1894. It has been converted into an apartment with kitchen, bathroom, queen bed (located upstairs) and sitting area. It is 500 sq. feet. Covered parking. 6 miles to AMP, close Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airport, & shopping. fenced yard w/ private outdoor space which includes a firepit.
