Linda and Jay seemingly were put on this earth to be incredible hosts. Their hospitality is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced and only added value to this already cozy and comfortable home. They have a ton of recommendations for the area and decades of personal experience in this region. I look forward to future opportunities for our paths to cross!

Our stay at Mary’s place in Alexandria was excellent! It was just a couple blocks away from both the Amtrak station and the metro, both of which we used for transportation. It is also extremely close to King St, which is booming with shops and restaurants. We walked all the way down to the waterfront and then took the free trolley back up because it was raining. it was a great night! The neighborhood she lives in is very peaceful and the space is cozy with everything you need to stay. Check in/out was super easy and Mary was even kind enough to offer us early check-in and late check-out since there were no other guests coming in. This was a great find, perfect for checking out the area or taking the metro into DC! Would recommend this space to anyone!

Had a great stay! I was visiting DC for the first time with my girlfriend, who is a DC native for Mother’s Day weekend. The place was affordable and clean, just like the photos, and had everything I needed; free parking, WiFi, and even some refreshments, which was a nice touch. The location was super convenient and close to a lot of spots I wanted to check out. The only minor issue was the dogs and family upstairs being a bit loud at times, but we understood since the hosts live above and that’s to be expected. Miguel was very helpful and friendly throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend—10/10!

This is a gem you don’t want to miss if you are going to sightsee in DC! An easy 20 minute walk to the metro train station that will put you right by the museums, airports, restaurants, etc. Super clean and cozy place and a friendly host! She even had umbrellas for us, which came in handy for an unexpected rain storm. This was the perfect place for us to rest and recharge!

We had a wonderful stay. It is located in a nice quiet neighborhood to get a break from the commotions that often come with larger cities. There are close by options for shopping as well as a metro train station which is very easy to navigate. Stacey was responsive and helpful when we had questions about the area. The deer in the area are no joke! I sat on the couch one morning watching a doe out the window no more a few feet away eat and lay down for a rest.

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I loved our stay! It was a lovely little neighborhood. Alex and Shelby’s place was everything that we needed. Cute and quaint. Only the slightest of pitter patters heard from upstairs. Very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Convenient for public transportation and provided metro cards were a great gift. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the DC area!

Big shoutout to Joel and his space! Joel welcomed us to the Airbnb, gave us crystal clear instructions on how to get in and out, and showered us with a ton of neighborhood recommendations. The space itself was a great reminder that not all modern AirBnbs need to be soulless gray boxes. We had a great time reveling in all the kitsch. Lots of communication and flexible checkin/checkout times were a bonus. Thanks Joel!

Emily and Stephen were great hosts. We were visiting for a friend's wedding, and needed a base station. The space was clean, comfortable and well-designed. We forgot a few things at home—as guests go, you might say we were on the needier side—and Emily and Stephen came through in a big way. They helped us out and were quick, clear and responsive with their communication. Thank You 🙏🏻

My stay here was great and comfortable. Yohanes was extremely accommodating. The upstairs unit shared hvac w. Basement unit and the guest didn’t like that I had it toasty so Yohanes brought by a space heater to keep both places comfortable. Parking was good too & he made sure we had a permit.

Serena was a wonderful host. She went the extra mile & left lists of places to eat, emergency services, & the map for the metro. She also has extra comfort items for her guests (robes, slippers, cleansing items). It’s a very comfortable, clean space in a nice and quiet area. Would love to book again!

My friend and I came for pride and was out majority of the time. However while we were at the Airbnb we enjoyed our stay. It was clean, peaceful, and in the perfect location. The Brita and the Keurig was much appreciated! Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Dana's place is exactly what you need for a peaceful stay in a beautiful safe neighborhood. Anything you need is within walking distance. Her place is exactly as advertised. Dana's communication was always on point. Qw had no issues and will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the DC area!

Beautiful home in a perfect location. The home was clean & comfortable. The hosts were amazing. They were accommodating and responsive, and checked-in throughout our stay to make sure we were settled and comfortable. We had an amazing week in DC that was made possible with our Airbnb rental!

Edward was one of the most proactive, responsive AirBnB stays that we've ever had. Clear instructions via text beforehand and during check out, nicely detailed book with recommendations and details about the stay in a binder inside, pristine place with everything we needed in the kitchen, and even a fun dog that made our trip even more memorable. We lucked out finding this space available and would love to come again.

The apartment was bright and comfortable in a beautiful, residential neighborhood in Northwest DC. It was easy to park on the street in front of the house and get in, around and out of the city from there. It was also a nice walk to the metro. We were three in the apartment, it was very comfortable and we also enjoyed having the access to the backyard to relax and enjoy the shade and quiet. It was a great place to stay while we were visiting DC.

The location was quiet, quaint, and perfect for four girls. We appreciated the flexible check-in & check-out process. The location was great, walkable restaraunts/bars for late night drinks/eats after a busy day at warped tour. 10/10 would recommend!

We were in town for a Georgetown graduation, and this lovely apartment was the perfect home base for the weekend. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, and quiet.

The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It was comfortable and quiet. Leonardo was very helpful with any questions we had and super friendly. It was a great place to stay to be out of the hustle and bustle and noise of central Georgetown but still be a pleasant 20-minute walk or short ride away.

This is a great place to stay while in DC! We appreciated having our own kitchen, and the bed was so comfortable, especially after a long day of walking. Easy enough to find, and always free parking on the street. Great neighborhood, and very quiet - even with construction going on at the house next door. Didn’t even hear it, being in the basement apartment! We will definitely be booking this again (if it’s available) next time we’re going to DC. Thank you for providing a great home base for us while visiting DC!
