Small well-equipped studio adjoining the owners' accommodation. Very clean. The surprise was the (comfortable) bed to fold down on the sofa! Very quiet environment. Very good recommendation for creperie, I had a great time!

Perfect stay. The home is even better than it appears in the photos. Quick walk to the train station and to the center of Vannes. The patio was a special treat to have. It was fully enclosed and has great sun exposure.

David's house is very nice and renovated with great taste. It is a 5-minute walk from the center, very easy to access. We stayed there for 3 nights with friends and it was perfect: we found everything we needed and particularly enjoyed the excellent bedding! Davis was very accommodating with schedules and very pleasant in his communication. We recommend it!

The accommodation is spacious, well equipped, quiet, the port is easily accessible on foot (about 20 minutes walk). The pool and hot tub are very nice. The house is well-equipped and the hosts are very responsive.

Koraline's property is even more beautiful and larger than in the photos. The house was spotless, we immediately felt comfortable. The covered pool was an absolute plus, especially for our children. I can recommend the property without reservation.

Very good weekend with family, spacious and bright house. The terrace, BBQ and pool are really nice. The pool is heated, even the chilly ones bathe in it. Within walking distance bakery, creperie, bar, tobacco. Friendly welcome from Yannick, happy Normans 👍🙂

Dear Bérangère, We enjoyed the time in your accommodation right at the harbor - great location, yet very quiet. The apartment is wonderful and very tastefully furnished and we had everything we needed. If you don't want to go to the relatively expensive parking garage opposite, you can find various free parking spaces in the small streets in just 5 minutes on foot. We had our dog with us and also had quite positive experiences here. Vannes and the surrounding area are worth a trip and this apartment is absolutely recommended. Thank you so much for having us. very good stay in an impeccable house.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very good stay , perfect even. The house is really as described . Large living room. Very modern and convenient , and the decor is superb. The garden is very nice with two different exposure terraces. It is completely fenced for dogs. City center within walking distance (15-20 min) along the beach. The environment is splendid. We'll be happy to go back.
