Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arvada

Everything about our stay was amazing. We loved the location and felt super safe. Their property was peaceful and quiet, even with the wildlife and children around! Roscoe welcomed me every time we came and went and that made me happy as well!

We had a great stay! The house was perfect for working remotely—fast, reliable internet and a quiet space to focus. Grocery stores were just a quick drive away, and it was super easy to get downtown in about 15 minutes for sight seeing, baseball, and concerts. After exploring, we loved relaxing in the hot tub and enjoying the backyard. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. We’d definitely come back!

Lots of family and friends coming in to Denver for my sister’s 40th birthday. This location happened to be absolutely perfect for us. First, because it was directly across the street from my sisters home, so we could easily bounce back and forth between homes. Secondly, because the house was amazing. It had plenty of space for our large group. Everything was clean and beautiful and truly felt like home for the weekend. We all loved the back deck and spent a lot of time back there catching up. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better. Thanks again!!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the home and the surrounding area. The nearby Adventure Golf was a blast and a big hit with our pre-teens. It took us a little while to find the place. The address for the GPS is Broomfield, not Westminster, and there are multiple streets with the same name, which can be confusing, so pack some patience. However, the location was perfect; it was about a 30-minute drive to Denver attractions. The weather was a bit wet, so we were unable to use the backyard and fire pit. The house looked every bit like the pictures, though, and was very comfortable, especially the beds! Thanks, Mark and Jenni, for a great experience!

We loved our stay at this house in Arvada. Perfect for families with all the amenities you would need including games and a big yard for kids to play. You can’t beat the location. The house is a short walk to many restaurants, breweries, light rail, playgrounds, and parks. The house was clean and comfortable! Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay overall loved the house and they were very detailed on what to expect and sent reminder on the very very short to do list before departing. I would definitely recommend.

Diana and Jean’s place was wonderful! The view was lovely and the neighbor downstairs was friendly and quiet. We spent a lot of time grilling on the deck and walking to the table mountain trailhead which is just down the street. We had some unique issues with the internet speed due to our remote work and both Jean and Diana were so responsive and helped out as best they could! Overall we had a great stay.

Loved the location. Easily walkable to Old Town Arvada, and really liked the variety of shops, parks, and dining options. We also took advantage of the Old Ton Arvada light rail stop to go into downtown Denver. It’s inexpensive and eliminates the headaches of driving and finding parking.

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. The location was perfect and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking to visit Denver!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

An amazing stay! The place was super clean and cute — just like the photos. Diana was nothing but kind and super communicative and fun to talk to. A lovely hour and I loved the proximity to so many places.

Great place to stay at and affordable for the area. If I had to pick the best thing, I would say that the hosts were wonderful to work with! Instructions were clear and everything is laid out in the apartment. They were super responsive to all of my questions and were willing to accommodate my personal situation. Would recommend this place for anyone that needs a one bedroom apartment in the area and I would totally stay here again!

I had a lovely stay at Mish’s! Their home was lovely, and had incredible decor, great location and a really comfortable vibe for me and my dogs. I would definitely stay here again!!

I had a wonderful 2.5 week stay at Sandra's place on the lake. I used to live in the area, so I was familiar with a lot of things. She was very friendly and responsive and answered texts immediately. The place was very comfortable and clean. Perfect for a lengthy stay. She even had a very comfortable Murphy bed in the living room as an added sleeping space when two of us were there. The available laundry area was much appreciated. Oh, and the extra little starter-pack goodies (snacks, dish soap, laundry soap, flip flops, etc.) were very thoughtful. It was a safe area too. I will be back!

Jann's place was the perfect location for our week-long visit to Denver. Very close to great (and reliable) bus service to town including to Union Station (starting point of our tours to Rocky Mountain National Park and Pike's Peak), museums, restaurants, etc. Apt. was also within walking distance of more great restaurants, coffee shops, interesting stores, and an Enterprise Car Rental (which was VERY convenient). We had designated off street parking for our rental car, too, which is always welcome in a location close to the city. Apt. is in a lovely older home with lots of warmth and character. We ate most of our meals out so did not make much use of the large kitchen, but we definitely appreciated the coffee and water filter set up! Unit had modern bathroom with tons of towels, and a comfortable bed with lots of pillows, etc. There was a little noise from the upstairs unit, and the gates to the property were a bit challenging, but our stay was wonderful!

The host was really good with communication and always responded very quickly. The Airbnb was beautiful and exactly as described. It was very easy to walk to Empower Field. The parking garage was small, but other than that it was a great!!

Beautiful accomodations in quiet neighborhood. Perfect location for us to get to the concert at Red Rocks. Loved all the houseplants! Will definitely stay again.

OUTSTANDING!!!! Brian's place was fantastic and had everything we needed, including every kitchen item for cooking meals you could possibly imagine as well as a watch battery when my son's died right before his Ironman event. Brian's communication both in response to questions and when being proactive was EXCEPTIONAL! Would not hesitate to book Brian's place or any other property he may own!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Wow! Amazing place. My fiancé and I had the most amazing time. We came to celebrate his birthday and it was truly unforgettable - thanks to this gorgeous little gem. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay when traveling for business as it is a short drive to DTC and short walk to Cherry Creek Trail for running or biking.

Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!! Kristin was super responsive and an incredible host! The airbnb had everything we needed and was exactly as described in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. They even had welcome Coors banquets and welcome burritos for us in the fridge. What a nice touch! Would definitely stay here again!!

We visited Lakewood in order to see a concert at Red Rocks. So close and convenient to stay at Jenny’s place. Nearby grocery store and restaurants as well as hiking parks made the trip so easy. The Airbnb was safe, clean and a great location.
