Around the whole house is the large balcony. Below is a cozy path (50 m) to the private jetty for a morning swim. Take a ride with the rowing boat and try your luck fishing or borrow our two SUPs. In the immediate vicinity, there is wilderness with plenty of trails, including the Vildmarksleden, for hiking, running and mountain biking. Airport: 8 minutes Chalmers golf course: 5 min

Accommodation at Kattegattleden

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by Kattegatt bike path with its own entrance, balcony to the west towards deciduous forest and private bathroom. The accommodation is about 1 km from a beautiful bike/walking path along the sea to Stråvalla beach/swimming area (about 3 km) with a kiosk (summer time), playground, parking and a large separate animal beach. The accommodation has a fridge, microwave, kettle, cups, porcelain, etc. (dishes are left to the host and exchanged for clean ones). Baby crib (up to 3 years) and high chair can be arranged on request.

Upper Järkholmen

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. You have the entire house, garden and pool area at your disposal. The 1st floor apartment is newly renovated with the pool and grill area just outside. In Åsa, there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops and is only 30 minutes by train or car to Gothenburg.

New and modern cottage of 30 sqm between Kungsbacka and Varberg in scenic surroundings close to swimming, nature reserves, walking and biking paths. In the community there is grocery store, pharmacy, restaurants, pub, pizzeria, trader, gas station and proximity to public transport. Within a mile radius there are beautiful Tjolöholm Palace, farm shops, antique, flea markets, SUP, wind and kitesurfing opportunities.
